«The room was clean, but the LED lighting they use in the room is that cool blue, and it is terrible. Makes the room feel like a hospital. The worst part is the parking. The spaces are all for subcompact cars so everyone is parking across the lines. Don't even think about parking in the garage with a normal-sized car. On the bright side, the staff was great and breakfast was pretty good.»

«The place is really nice, with a charming roof top. However the service was a bit slow. Even though many people worked in the reception and the bar, we had to work a bit to get their attention. All in all though, it is a pleasant hotel with a great location for hiking as well as a short stroll to get downtown. »

«Pricey motel, not worth it. While the location is close to UCB and the bed was comfortable, there were many drawbacks. Intense smell of chlorine. No housekeeping during a week long stay - at least the toilet paper should have been refilled and the garbage removed. Dirty/discoloured towels. Broken water boiler. Very noisy aircondition. Staff gave someone else access to my room while I was asleep - and when I notified the front desk about this after an early check out, I got no response. »

«The location is good, between University and City center. It is a Motel, no hotel facilities. The room was clean, bed ok. But it is noisy, activity 24/7 in the room above, cars starting their engine outside 0500. The room price is high compared to the comfort.»

«Stayed here for the third time, it’s my favorite place to stay in Boulder. They rent out bikes and tubes, and I tried both this time and had a lot of fun. The staff is so nice and helpful. Quiet, but convenient location. Downtown within walking or biking distance. I really love the old-fashion style of the cabins, and the comfort on the inside is great!»
