Horrible! Unsafe! All the photos advertised for this place are FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! I felt like I was in a 3rd world country at this place. First, when we pulled up for check in time, the lobby was empty, no one around, the amenities that were all CLOSED. No restaurants, no bars open, no luggage cart, nothing! I called out a few times before someone came to help me, but I could hear them in the back office using vulgar words and cursing. The guy who helped me had tattoos and did not look professional at all. The room was dirty, the towels had stains on it, I do not understand how a place using the name “Wyndam” could be so dirty and filthy! The sink was broken so it had water drip. The mattress had a bed sheet that was loose, so it came off easily and the mattress stunk. When we parked at the back of the parking, there were cars that pulled up and they were dealing drugs. At night when we went out for dinner and came back, the drug deals continued but this time there were also hookers that were walked out the hotel and standing around on the street, cars would pull up and flash their lights, and a black guy would run over and make deals. When we got on the elevator 2 gangsters walked out from the back office and got on the elevator. It looks like the reviews dating back months say the same thing and NO ONE has done anything about it! So, I did not want to waste my time with a review, but I wanted to warn future customers what is going on at this hotel. I did not see ANY staff
