«Super cute place worth the stay. Staff friendly and nice. Breakfast like any other places 😃. Happy hour very nice touch Bloody Mary was delicious. Pool needs to be maintained a little more but kids had a great time. The observation deck amazing clean, comfortable and definitely a great way to relax. Thank you for a wonderful weekend»

«We had 2 rooms and they were kind enough to give us adjoining rooms, as we had 4 kids with us. We go there just after we could have had drinks and snacks. The breakfast was very good, lots of options. As this is downtown the building is old but they have kept it up very well. We were on the 6th floor and being almost 6' tall the hallways were maybe 6'6", so not as spacious as new hotels. But our room was nice and clean. «Me and my wife came here for our 5 year anniversary. Chad, the manager, was so very helpful and even printed out pictures to leave in the room for me to surprise my wife! The employees at the Magnolia were nice and thoughtful including the valet services! The game room had shuffleboard and billiards which we took advantage of multiple times. «Our stay has been wonderful except for the fact that our room never gets cleaned and the only other complaint is that although it is advertised as handicapped accessible in the bathroom the shower has no grab bars and no seating in the shower. The other drawback on handicapped accessible is the front doors in the lobby have not got one that is easily available for the handicapped.»

«The staff from front desk to the continental breakfast was amazing. Very kind and friendly. Pool was a great size. Very well secured-hotel and parking garage. Area was great for the option to walk to may different places. The only "negative" would be that there is a need for more elevators as busy times but its not horrible.»

«The free breakfast was excellent. Good food and plenty of options for everyone. The complementary drinks/sodas/nachos bar every evening was an unexpected surprise. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful and the hot tub felt wonderful after a long day. The room was nice, but the bathroom was smaller than expected and didnt have an exhaust fan so the ceiling was peeling from all the moisture.. The bathroom is really my only complaint.»

«Unión Station is gorgeous. We stayed there for our anniversary to watch the light show and hang out in the grand Hall and have cocktails. There was a wedding that night so they had the entire grand hall blocked off and we were not able to do any of that. The staff were not necessarily friendly and the whole place outside smelled like gas. The rooms were fine, but it just seems over priced.»
