We had a very nice stay at Remota Hotel. The room was comfortable and beautifully designed, and the restaurant was excellent — both the food and the atmosphere were highlights of our stay.
However, we were disappointed with the handling of a billing issue after checkout. We stayed for four nights, and there was information in the room stating that guests staying multiple nights receive a 30% discount on restaurant and spa services. Because we checked out very early, we forgot to ask for the discount to be applied at checkout.
After our stay, we contacted the hotel by email to clarify the situation, fully understanding that it might have been too late to adjust the charges. Unfortunately, we never received any response — not even a message explaining that a refund was no longer possible. A simple reply would have been appreciated.
Overall, the hotel itself is lovely, but the lack of follow-up after our stay was disappointing and took away from an otherwise very good experience.
