Just a quick heads-up: we’re giving the east side of the building—right outside your suite—a fresh coat of paint and a little plaster TLC Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. You might spot the crew on swing-stage platforms and hear some drilling or sanding after noon (we keep the mornings quiet), so please keep the windows closed when they’re nearby. All amenities and hallways stay fully open, and a privacy-safe . Thanks for rolling with the makeover—let us know if there’s anything you need!. For added peace of mind, the suite uses a privacy-safe Minut device to monitor noise and environment (decibel only, no recording).

*QUIET HOURS: please refrain from making noise after 11 PM

*PARTIES: parties are not permitted in any of our suites

*SMOKING: smoking is not allowed in our suites under any circumstances

*LOBBY AREA: guests must be covered when entering and leaving the lobby area for the beach or pool

*SAND: please use the outdoor shower when exiting the beach to rinse off any sand before entering the building & use the showers in the pool area to rinse off before entering the pool; please also dry off before entering the lobby

*HALLWAYS: please do not leave any shoes or bags in the hallways outside of your suite

*BEACH & POOL AREA: no glassware is allowed in these areas, please only use plastic & paper products. We also kindly ask you clean up any garbage to keep the areas clean for other guests & residents to enjoy

*GARBAGE: each floor has a garbage container located in the staircase
