The property was clean. And room was very clean. The carpets in the hallways were filthy. I need to be cleaned. Breakfast was adequate but lacking protein. Check-in was good. Elevators were clean and fast.

The front desk staff were not very friendly. We only had 2 bath towels in a room that could sleep up to 6. When we asked for more towels we were told we would have to bring our 2 dirty towels down to exchange them. We were checked out of room accidentally, so while we were still getting ready, house keeping came into the room. She was kind and apologized, and showed where she had been told the room was empty. The breakfast was extremely lacking and while the lady working it was very kind, there were not many choices for anything warm. The juice machine was broken.

When I got to the hotel and needed to check-in, I waited 15 minutes at the desk. I eventually called the hotel and told them I needed to check in. I assume it was the manager that answered and said he would be right out. It took another 4 or 5 minutes before he came out of office that was about 15 feet from the front desk. When he came out, he didn’t apologize at all. He simply said his front desk person hasn’t shown up yet. I’m guessing that if I hadn’t called I would’ve waited until his employee finally showed up to work. Other than that, the hotel was nice.

We were so pleased with everything with both of our stays at MainStay! We were super impressed with the staff and our rooms were super nice! The property was very well keep and our room was perfect! The room sizes were so big, plenty of room for all 5 of us. The Grandchildren loved being able to have so much room! We will definitely choose MainStay when we pass through again! Thank you all so very much!

I will say it again. This MainStay is fantastic! We will be staying here again on our next trip through Tennessee! Staff is wonderful and the room was super!

We were very happy with our stay. The room was clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. Breakfast was good, through a few more protein options would be appreciated as there was only boiled eggs, and sausage gravy. The surrounding area felt safe and was pretty quiet despite proximity to the highway. We would definitely stay again.

The room is clean but common areas/hallways are not. Blanket given for pull out couch was not clean. Staff was in the back and I waited 5 minutes to be seen at the front desk. Check in was otherwise easy and the room was spacious enough for my family of 6.

Upon check in the clerk was not welcoming. When we got to our room dirty towels were in the cabinets. When we called down to the desk they said we could pick up clean towels from them. They did offer a room change but no sorry and they should have brought the towels to us. The breakfast was basically pastries and their snacks for purchase were almost nothing. The hotel was rated a 9 which is why we booked there. Definitely not a 9, maybe a 6 or 7.

It was very nice and updated except the shower head had no pressure. It made very difficult to was hair and rinse your body. The shower was a disappointment. The food was good at breakfast but the juice machine didn’t work and their was no milk for drinking.

Clean property, seems very new and updated. Spacious room and close to many eating options. Walking distance to a Texas Roadhouse and 10 to 15 minute drive to many many other dining options. Highly recommend.

I’m giving only 3 stars for overall service. ( one exception is BRENDA who is fabulous !!! ) But there was one HUGE issue. * Caution* : So Under the fridge was a piece of sharp metal. Thank goodness our toddlers didn’t find it first. It would have sliced a hand off !! I brought it to the attention of the staff right away and a photo of location. She tried to get ahold of the GM , who was not available at all. I even tried to contact the company that owns this hotel and no reply. Left voicemails and even sent a email. Not one reply ! One of the front desk workers finally got ahold of the GM who gave us a free night. I ended up needing to stay one more night and they wouldn’t even discount it. So I went somewhere else to stay. They said normally they don’t even give comps and they already compensated. They have been doing some remodeling. If it weren’t for that problem I would have given 5 stars. I would stay here again. But cautious of any issues in the room.
