Ok for a night or two. The olace was quiet. Definitely could use new carpets and some better cleaning. The free breakfast is a sandwich that you have to ask for at the front desk. Luckily theres plenty of breakfast optiond nearby.

We found a roach in our room. We booked through a 3rd party, and was able to call them to cancel the reservation for a refund. The front desk staff was nice.

It’s right beside a exit ramp from I-40 and with the noise we couldn’t sleep, and that was the main reason for staying at a hotel, it was cheap however

My only real issue during my stay here was that I woke up early Sunday morning, around 3:45am, and heard a very loud and obnoxious person in the parking lot yelling apparently it's someone in the building across from us and was using every expletive that I've ever heard. He was probably 20 ft or so from the front office and yet, this went on for at least a solid hour before he took a break and then went right back at it. My only question is why didn't someone from the office take control of the situation or call the cops and let the professionals handle it. It went on way longer than it should have.

The property really seems worse for wear. The room smelled distinctly of smoke. The staff were generally kind but it was hard to overlook the minimal quality of the room. Old bathroom. Old sink. OK flooring. Odd shower. Not great beds

The only negative was i requested a ground floorand when i checked in about 6pm I was told there were no ground floors available. This was difficult due to recent foot surgery. It was fine accommodations otherwise.

Overall a poor hotel. Dated, stained carpet, lighting that was out….everything was musty and smelled mildewed. Wouldn’t recommended and wouldn’t stay there again.

It worked for a one night stay to lay my head. There were fingernail/toenail clippings on the floor (NOT MINE), crumbs around the bed and I checked under the mattress and seen crumbs there too. Not shocked to see a bed bug trap under the mattress but these don't catch them well. The room had a very foul odor first time walking in the room but I either got use to it or it went away after turning on the air. It def. could use more than one entrance on each side to the top floor. The phone cord was cut. Not unplugged. Staff was nice checking in and checking out. I didn't have much inner action with either.

A sign said there was grab and go breakfast from 6:00am-9:00am and there was not. Im used to every hotel having breakfast.

This motel is convenient to I-40 and is close to many restaurants and some shopping. It is quiet and comfortable and affordable. Not a 5-star place, but very good for a one night stay

it was good and had the general necessities that you would need, there was an ironer and coffee/ tea maker which was handy as well.

Property is run down. My room above the office was full of light constantly and road noise. Room was dirty and had cockroaches.

Decent for the price
The staff was friendly but not overly helpful. The room was clean. I found the mattress too hard for my liking. The area surrounding the hotel was a little rough. I'm glad my husband waa with me. The price was very good which is why we chose to stay there. It was a one night stay. If it had been longer, I would have preferred some place that seemed safer.
