The hotel is located in easy walking distance of downtown and some coffee shops. The staff was very friendly. Hotel was felt safe and was very clean.

Least maintained courtyard I’ve stayed at. The pool was dirty, the chairs and loungers around the pool were dated and uncomfortable. It wasn’t what I’m used to when I stay at courtyards and I was disappointed. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Bartender was very nice. Breakfast flatbread was not cooked they way I’ve had it at every other Courtyard. It’s seemed like they added the cheese only and then dumped the toppings on top so it was difficult to eat and cheese was crispy.

Very dated decor and inconvenient location, need vehicle or taxi to get around. Room not tended to regularly. No headboard. It’s foam covered with a sheet. Disappointed as expected Marriott to be a better option. Feels like an old motel.

I loved this place! My sister and I went for a small weekend getaway and everything was nearby! We could walk to many restaurants the environment was clean! The only downside was the parking situation, $40 for valet parking each night.. but everything else was wonderful!

To be notified one day prior is another indication of price gouging. No worries I will not be using your company going forward along with my 75 employees. The staff were all amazing. However the rooms had paper thin walls, the beds/pillows/blankets all were extremely sub par. Seems like they Reno’d an old hotel but didn’t upgrade anything but some cosmetic items.

Our stay was perfect. The only thing that was upsetting is the fact the the bathroom sink counter is WAY TO SMALL. There is not enough room to put anything on the sink or for two people to be at the sink.

The valet stole money out of my car. I told the hotel and they just pointed to the valet desk so I told the valet. It wasn't a huge amount of money but they rummaged though my car a stole from me.

The hotel was well located and convenient to Broadway. The help is well trained and friendly. The valets were great. Special praise to Luke as his meal and site seeing suggestions were fantastic. He was fantastic.
