Beautiful property. Fine location. Good value. Poor personal communication. Check in was fine, person understood our request for a top floor. Nothing available immediately advised would call when ready. Notified room ready, collected keys from concierge..proceeded to room on third floor vs top floor room request. Front desk advised none available ( in a resort of aprox 1000 rooms). Loud footsteps overhead for balance of stay. Upon entering discovered red wine stain on duvet, requested replacement or acknowledgment so as not to be charged for possible damage..addressed by maintenance person who stated " he did not get paid for changing bedding but would advise housekeeping " at last observed, duvet replacement was still on dining room table. There appeasr to be a slight disconnect from Wyndom philosophy re customer service objectives and staff delivery.

Great location for getting downtown Nashville but also the shopping centers. Very peaceful area and close parking to the units. Room was clean.

Presentation
During the presentation, the salesman became very rude when we told him we weren’t interested in buying a timeshare. He walked us to the front and never even said goodbye or nice meeting you. He acted very babyish that at he didn’t make a deal.

Stones throw to The Grand Ole Opry
Property is a Wyndham Timeshare Development. You will be invited at Registration to attend a sales presentation which we declined. Rooms are specious for two people and is equipped with a full kitchen and washer/dryer facilities. Pool, hot tub and exercise facilities are available but we did not use. Very convenient to attend the performance of The Grand Ole Opry five minutes away!

Our first visit to Nashville. The nearby Grand Ole Opry grounds were stunning. The facility shuttle downtown made the downtown scene easy -no worry about driving or where to park. Our room 1 BR was spotless and quiet.

Not bad.
Decent room/location. However there was black mold in the shower and the floors were very dirty (had not been mopped). When we arrived we had to wait about 15 minutes just to check in, at check in front desk didn’t even tell us hours of the pool etc. before throwing us at the sales side to get a welcome packet where they were very pushy about becoming a wyndom club member. Other then those things I’d say overall the stay was a 4 star for the price, if it was anymore expensive I would of just passed on it.

Always a good time
We have stayed at this Resort for the last 2 or 3 visits to Nashville, i highly recommend it. You can not beat the location or price and the indoor pool is always a big hit with my kids. Will for sure be staying again in the future.

Clean property. We were disappointed in the lack of USB chargers. Adjoining door to another room was not secure. We didn't enjoy the talk after check in trying to convince us to go on a tour of the updated property. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Anniversary Weekend - Read the Fine Print!!
My husband and I arrived after a full day of travelling to be told we had to meet with someone to receive our room keys and arm bands or we would not be able to access the resort. We were very firm in telling them that we were not interested in a timeshare/vacation package. We were told that we were being rude by telling them we were not interested in their vacations. We were very polite. ALSO, we were told we needed to put an ADDITIONAL security deposit on my credit card. This was not mentioned in the VRBO description. The condo was nice. It was very noisy...paper for walls? The pool was very nice. Location was very nice. I just could never get over my disappointment in being misled by this ad. I felt like it was in the fineprint that I did not read. I re-read the description and could find nothing about the OVER and hour sales pitch, or the additional security deposit so it soured by feelings on this property. I dont like deceit.

Convenient location
We enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was comfortable and clean. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub at the resort. The location was very close to Opryland hotel and the Grand Old Opry. There is lots to do in the area.

Overall Experience
I've booked with vrbo in the past. Never had to do a seminar/tour. Should have known better since it was under Wyndham. Was not made aware of this in advance. The Tango gift card wont load into my google wallet. They need to make it hassle free, just give a loaded visa instead. This ate up several hours of my itinerary. We arent realy much on vacations. So not a good experience. There were nats in the kitchen. Other than that everything was great.

Club Nashville is a nice alternative to hotels
The less congested location west of opreyland results in lower noise levels and good restaurants w music are close by. The fitness room is adequate and the 2 pools are very nice. The 1 BR we stayed in had two rooms , defined by a BR and a kitchen area w real refrigerator and dining table. Better laid out than a hotel room. The interior was dated. We also stayed in a 2 BR which was much larger than the 1BR. Front desk personnel were very nice and responsive to our requests for more coffee and linen.

Quiet Comfortable Retreat
We enjoyed our stay at Club Wyndham. The resort property was clean and quiet.The suite was very comfortable. However our suite was on the third floor and there was no elevator in the building. It was a chore to drag all our belongings and luggage up to the suite.

Unknown Timeshare recruitment.
The grounds were well kept. The first space that was given to us smelled like smoke. They said there is NO SMOKING,well someone did not get the memo, The AC was on and the ceiling fans swirling. This was on the first floor. The second accommodation was on the 4th floor which had an odor of mold covered up by cleaning products. shut the AC off and you could really tell. We always bring an air purifier ,essential oils to clean the air of mold and other smells hanging around. But the real issue was that we had to meet with a rep after checking in. It was a little puzzling to me why we had to meet with this person but we did. As soon as they started talking we knew it was a timeshare speech,I did not know I was renting a timeshare, I did not see anything on the website that it was a timeshare. My wife and I told the young lady that we were not interested in a time share. She said you don't have to buy a time share but I have theses free offers if you do a survey that they were trying to boost there reviews since they had a flood there and they wanted us to walk through the presidential space and report on what we saw and that we needed to give a good report. we reiterated to her that were not sitting through a 90 minute talk on timeshare ownership.She assured us that it was a survey, well she lied when we went to do the survey we found out it was a 90 minute sales call for time share sales. There tactics were deceitful. They were mad about the free tickets I received.

Excellent location
My family and I loved staying at this property. Location was perfect. Property was clean. Staff and other guests were friendly. Staff was extremely helpful and gave tips on where to park at certain events as well as good restaurants to try. I could not be more pleased with our stay. I definitely recommend this unit. When we return, we will be staying there again.
