Welcome to The Crow’s Nest & Turtle Bay

This is a brand new construction home as of 2022 and is one of the newer additions to our collection. Please be sure to see the 1000’s of reviews on our other properties.

This stunning waterfront development overlooks Old Hickory Lake and Turtle Bay Marina.
Enjoy an evening beer or glass of wine on the crow’s nest rooftop soaking in the sunset over the water and then head into downtown Nashville and be on broadway in under 30 mins in an Uber!

This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome features not only a spacious rooftop, but multiple balconies and a covered front porch to take in the outdoors. There is a fully equipped kitchen with 4 bar stools that flows openly into the living room where a flat screen Smart TV is mounted on the wall.
A short 1 minute walk will have you sitting at the Marina Bar & Restaurant enjoying a wonderful ‘lake life’ setting in one of Nashville’s waterfront favorite hang outs. Live music is performed on most days and the atmosphere is truly Nashville. Boat rentals and other waterfront activities are available at the Marina.

Other amenities such as Grocery stores and multiple golf courses are located just minutes away including 2 public championship quality courses located at The Hermitage.

Great spot!

We had 3 families staying in this home for a softball tournament. The double bunk room was perfect for the players to share, and the parents each had their own rooms. The pullout sofa was perfect for the little kids. The roof top patio was awesome for the adults! We were also there for the 4th of July and had a 360 degree view of fireworks on the lake! The restaurant on property was also fun for happy hour and the food was great! If you are staying here for tournaments, you are about 30-45 minutes from the fields, but I felt like the travel time was still so worth it to stay here! We also went to Broadway 2x, and it was only a 30 minute drive. If we’re ever back in Nashville with friends, we will definitely stay here again. Thanks so much!

Nice space

Good place for resting after being in the area all day. If you are looking for a gathering place for meals, this place lacks table space and you'll need to be flexible. Our kids didn't mind sitting in random spots, but others may. Great place. Quiet.

Kennedi’s Grad School Graduation

We were extreme pleased with our stay. We had just enough time to relax and the hustle and bustle of graduation. It was an added plus with the restaurant near by. The house was perfect and gave everyone their own space. Our daughter still lives here so we will be returning.

Nashville Birthday Celebration Weekend

We really enjoyed our stay! There were 8 of us and plenty of room for all of us. Beds were very comfortable. We spent most of our time downtown so we didn’t get a chance to have dinner at the marina but it looked like a cool place. We had breakfast just a couple of miles away at The Flat Tire restaurant…it was delicious, everyone loved their food and the service was great!

A little vague...

When I rent a nice 4 bedroom, 3 bath place, I "assume" there's enough sitting space for everyone to comfortably visit. I definitely should have asked more questions about the layout of the townhome and if there was a dining area for 10 people instead of just "assuming". Overall, it's a nice, clean place in a great location!! Our group consisted of 20 something year olds and 55+ adults, both groups didn't like ALL the stairs. We made it work and had a great time at the lake.

Family Vacation

This house is very cute and close to lots of activities. We enjoyed being so close to the water and drinking coffee on the balcony watching the boats. The marina staff was very helpful to rent a boat. Overall a great time and we loved it. Thank you.

Comfortable Stay

My family and I enjoyed staying here. The house was very clean and comfortable. We had some trouble getting into the house but we went to eat and came back and the problem was fixed. Communication with the rental company was wonderful after our initial trouble getting in.

Don’t get better than this!

Place was great! Had a 2 car garage we parked multiple motorcycles in with ease. Place was clean smelled fresh lost of outdoor sitting patio walk outs on every floor from every room. Quiet area but close enough to everything that we had no issues getting around to things on memory pretty quickly. All the new appliances and dishes made things easy for when we weren’t eating out. TVs all around Wi-Fi connection to internet was solid. One of our most favorite parts walk through the adjacent parking lot to the marina for some awesome on the water lake eats and drinks and boat rentals unless you bring your own. Overall me and my crew will definitely be back In the future so don’t everyone go booking up one of my new favorite spots!!! Enjoy…also the property owner got back to me asap about everything and anything 24/7 I felt bad because I lost track of time and messaged super late/early and they were nice enough to respond back within the hour most places your lucky to hear back b4 your stay ends this property owner has got it together thank you for that. Customer for life 😎

Brand new and super clean with great location

The townhouse looked like it was brand new. It was meticulously clean. They made sure it was stocked with everything one could use for a stay (pots, pans, corkscrew, even chip clips). The location was within walking distance of the marina where we rented a boat. The marina also had a great restaurant. We'd definitely stay again.

Perfect location

This townhouse is brand new and it's just a short walk down to Blue Turtle Bay Marina, where there is also a restaurant/bar. Very nice townhouse with lots of room and outdoor seating. There is a front and back balcony on each level and a rooftop. The room with bunk beds is on the lowest level with the garage only. You go up one level to the main living, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Then the top level has two bedroom suites each with a bathroom, with one being the master suite. We had two teen boys staying in the bunk room, so it worked great, however just be aware if you have littles that will be staying there. It is right by the front door with no one else staying on the same level. We greatly enjoyed our stay here while in town for a HS baseball tournament. Property manager took a day or two to respond prior to our stay, but was very responsive day of and while there(they sent a group text to me to use if I had any questions while there). We didn't get a chance to go the marina restaurant/bar until our last night there. We got there late so just had a quick drink. There was something odd the bartender did with our visa card that concerned us enough to block it and get a new one once we were home. We rented a boat from the Marina on our first day there. It was a fun filled day out on the lake for all 7 of us. I would highly recommend this to anyone considering. We had a blast and the staff at the marina were very helpful and friendly. We went on daily walks around the neighborhood and adventured out in Nashville, all of which seemed like a short 30 minute drive. Great townhouse and marina that I would recommend staying at! Thank you to the property manager for the great stay and for sharing your property with us that worked perfect for us.
