Quiet retreat while in Nashville!
My husband and I spent sometime in Nashville celebrating my 40th birthday. We absolutely loved the cottage. It was the perfect spot to come back to after spending the day throughout Nashville. We particularly enjoyed sitting in the screened in porch or the fireplace in the living room. Very close to 12 South neighborhood, where you can walk between shops and restaurants. We are from a rural location and used to quiet living. We found this place to be tucked back enough that we couldn’t hear the noise of the roads, really at all. The cottage is clean and well stocked. Karla continually checked in to ensure everything was just right. We have already recommended this spot to family and friends!

Excellent cottage
The cottage was as expected. The entry gate was tricky so we left it open. Our hosts were easy to contact and had a great sense of humor. They had a backup coffee maker ready to go and when that one proved faulty too, they replaced it with a new one. The cottage has an excellent All-Clad set of steel pans! The grill is also propane, so that was nice not to mess with charcoal. The beds are very comfortable for side sleepers and stable when you turn over. We didn’t stay in the cottage during the day, there’s construction work going on in the neighborhood but it didn’t bother us inside or at night. On the porch it was noisy during the day. In a few months, that should be gone though. Cute place! I’d rent this again.

Adorable house near 12 South
We had a great stay! Owners were responsive and helpful. We could easily walk to dining and shopping at 12 South and a short Uber to downtown. House was well stocked and clean. Great for a girls trip or two couples. We will definitely stay here again!

Absolutely Perfect
This might be the nicest house we've ever stayed in, everything was beautiful! The location is a short Cab ride from downtown and super close to 12 South, a great street with restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the screened-in patio and luxurious accommodations. We recommend it to anyone.

Great rental home!
This is an amazing rental home! It is in nice neighborhood with many local restaurants within walking distance. Also a quick Uber/Lyft ride to anywhere in town you want to go. Karla checked in on us and made sure we had everything we needed. Will be staying here again - highly recommended!

Wonderful Cottage
The cottage is clean and has everything and more included to make the stay special. The cottage is behind the hosts house and is very private and directly accessible. The enclosed patio is very nice sit out and read, socialize and BBQ. We did have an opportunity to meet the host as the driveway is next to her house and she is very nice along with her sweet little dog. Highly recommend this cottage while in Nashville - Location is easy to find close to restaurants & grocery store. I stay at a lot of VRBO's and this one was one of the best. Thank you!

Rescheduled Trip
We booked this property back in 2020 for an anniversary trip to Nashville with friends. Once everything was shut down, Karla was very helpful and stayed in contact giving updates as things opened up. Unfortunately, we had to cancel that trip since so many things were still closed then. When we finally decided to reschedule, I knew I wanted to book this place again. The cottage was perfect, and Karla answered our questions and was easy to contact! We had a great Nashville trip! We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Nashville!

Beautiful and tranquil
My friend and I wanted to explore the 12 South neighborhood and so glad we chose this house. Close to shops and restaurant it sits on a quiet road in the back of a large beautiful property. Everything was as pictured - large and tasteful decorated bedrooms & bathrooms, a huge kitchen and the best was the covered porch with screens and ceiling fans to wind down after dinner.

Great cottage
Our stay at the cottage was fantastic. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed and more. The beds were very comfortable and we loved sitting in the screened in porch in the mornings and evenings. The cottage is in a great location. Easy walk to 12 South district and short Uber ride to Broadway and the Gulch. The owners are very friendly and there if you need them but otherwise let you enjoy your time there. We will definitely stay there again if we are back in Nashville.

Fantastic Cottage - loved our stay
This was an adorable, very roomy cottage which exceeded our expectations in every way. It was completely detached from the main house, with a very private secure entrance; the off-street parking was a great plus. We were two couples visiting Nashville and the surrounding areas, and it had everything we could possibly need. It was fully equipped with new appliances and a large well-stocked kitchen - loved being able to make early morning coffee with the supplied coffee, sweeteners and fresh cream in the fridge. The screened in porch was a great place to enjoy conversations or a little solitude. Both bedrooms were spacious with comfy beds and lots of closet space and hangers; one bedroom having its own large bathroom and the other bedroom having a full bath located just outside its door. It was located in a quiet neighborhood, with great restaurants nearby. We really appreciated the book of suggestions provided by the owners. The Proper Bagel shoppe had incredible bagels and we had a most delicious lunch at Big Machine Distillery & Tavern (awesome Bloody Mary's and french fries)! The owners have been very thoughtful in anticipating what their guests may need. We would definitely recommend the Cottage and would stay here again without hesitation.

Our "Go To" Nashville Spot
Look no further for your Nashville stay. This checks all the boxes. Clean, adorable, location/location, friendly and prompt owner, comfortable beds amenities supplied like they have their favorite guests coming. The location is super walkable to the great shops, restaurants and coffee on 12 South and a 0 - 15 minute drive to downtown Nashville fun. WE will return!

Beautiful Nashville Cottage
This was the perfect cottage for an extended visit to Nashville. The beautiful cottage is set up nicely with anything you might need for your visit. Located in a central spot near 12 South so easy to get into town or surrounding neighborhoods . Karla and Eddie are the perfect hosts and made us feel comfortable from the start. Great kitchen for cooking, lovely outfitted beds and baths, wonderful fireplace for those chilly nights.... they thought of everything.

Lovely property and neighbourhood
We had a great stay at this property. It is a lovely, spacious property and an easy Uber into all the attractions of Nashville. It is close enough to 12th Street with bars and restaurants. The neigbourhood is beautiful for a walk round - we were there during fall and the colours were amazing. It was a peaceful place to relax after the downtown attractions. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful stay in Nashville
My husband and I originally rented this cottage to visit Nashville with another couple. They couldn't come at the last minute, but we decided to go anyway. What a great place to stay, it was so clean and comfortable and in a great neighborhood. The cottage is perfect for one or two couples. We loved the screened in porch, the house was furnished perfectly. Karla has thought about so many details and the area is so walkable too. We loved the walkable12 South area and all areas in Nashville are an easy uber ride away. We would love to come back again.

75th birthday in Nashville
My husband and I took my parents to Nashville to celebrate my dad’s 75th birthday. The is was the perfect amount of togetherness and privacy. The cottage is every bit as beautiful as the pictures. Very comfortable, very well thought out as far as what a person would need, but not being with them. It’s more like staying at a friend’s place than a business transaction. My dad loved that he could walk to breakfast!

5 Star All the Way!
Where to start? Breeze Hill was the IDEAL place to stay for our recent 5 day trip to Nashville with another couple. While every aspect was exceptional, these are the areas that stood out for our group: owners were VERY responsive and accommodating; location was perfect (safe, quiet neighborhood and close to everything we needed); cleanliness was top-notch; beds were so comfortable; WiFi was fast and reliable; owners provided many of the necessities--shampoos and lotions that smelled amazing!; layout of the house was perfect--loved the screened in porch; washer/dryer/fireplace were not requirements for us, but were definitely used. We will definitely rent Breeze Hill for future trips to Nashville!

We had a Wonderful time and the cottage on Kirkwood was PERFECT for us. Our hosts were Excellent. They were there if we needed anything and were patient and gracious answering All our questions regarding the area and Nashville! The cottage was Very clean and comfortable. She even had Christmas decor for us! It always felt warm and inviting after a long day out and about. Our family would Definitely recommend staying here and we would book it again 👍.
