Prime location minutes to Narragansett Beach and Pier.

Spacious two bedroom, one bath ranch with central air conditioning. The first bedroom offers a queen bed with a flat screen TV and the second also offers a queen bed, both bedrooms with ample storage. Spacious interior is cozy, bright and fresh. Large sectional in the living room with a large flat screen TV with cable and high speed wireless internet. Living room is open to the dining area with a large farm table with plenty of seating. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need. All stainless kitchen appliances, toaster oven air fryer, full coffee pot and a single serve Kuerig, and Ninja blender. Plenty of plates, glasses, silverware, utensils, pots/pans and a lobster pot. Additional refrigerator located in attached garage. Front load washer/dryer located in bathroom, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. There is a mudroom as you enter to drop your belongings or sit and relax and read a book. Outside furnished deck includes a table, chairs, umbrella and gas grill. Brick patio has additional lounge seating with umbrellas. There is an enclosed outdoor shower.

Your rental includes two beach passes to Narragansett Town Beach where there is swimming and surfing with picturesque views. It is recommended to arrive early to obtain parking! There are also several state beaches you may explore. Included are beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers. We have yard games including cornhole and bocce as well as fun board and card games. Close by is Domenic Christofaro Park with a playground, basketball and tennis courts.

Narragansett has so much to offer. There are free concerts at the Gazebo in Narragansett Pier and free movie nights on the beach. There are also food truck nights in the Narragansett Beach parking lot. Local favorite restaurants include the Coast Guard House, Boon Street Market with a fun atmosphere, Celeste, Monahan’s Clam Shack, Twin Willows, George’s of Galilee, Two Ten Oyster Bar & Grill, Pasquale's Pizzeria Napoletana and Baron's Ice Cream for dessert! Nearby, there are a couple local wineries. They are Shepherd’s Run and Gooseneck Vineyards. There are many places to explore, all by car, including Newport, Jamestown, and Village of Wickford just a short distance away. For a nice day trip, visit Block Island by taking the ferry from Point Judith.

This is a quiet family oriented area perfect for a family vacation.

No pets or smokers. All bed linens and bath, kitchen and beach towels are included.

Enjoyed our stay

URI Family Weekend. 4 Adults. Cute house. Other reviews were very accurate. Perfect size for us. Great location for our plans in Narragansett / Wakefield area. Only 20 min to downtown Newport. House we very clean. Beds comfortable. The Hosts left a nice basket with snacks and a few beers from Whalers. Very thoughtful. There is a nice deck in the backyard with a grill which we did not have time to take advantage of. Would definitely stay again. We felt at home.

Narragansett Stay

This property is wonderful. The owners are very easy to communicate with and everything was as described. The house was amazingly outfitted with everything you could possibly need or think of. The location was perfect for a wedding I attended at the Towers, and it was an easy drive to other great places to visit. I would highly recommend staying here, and I certainly hope to stay there again!

Quaint and Clean!!

I can’t say enough about this well thought out cozy, clean home. Mary was a great communicator and extremely accommodating! The location was perfect for our weekend getaway for our daughter’s birthday. She is a student at URI and we were able to visit all of her favorite attractions!! The bedding is so comfortable and the house has everything you could need! Job week done preparing this house!! Thank you! We hope to return!!!

Fabulous stay. Owner very easy to communicate with. Outdoor shower was amazing, we hoped we would have had more opportunity to use it, and, the beautiful backyard oasis. We had a few chilly nights/mornings, and some rain. Amenities were abundant. Very clean, very well stocked. Centrally located to do everything we wanted to do. Lots of suggestions in their notebook, too. Loved, and would highly recommend.

Easy to communicate with owner + a clean, comfortable, and well stocked home

The home was as described and pictured. It's clear Mary & Bob have taken great care to ensure their property is tastefully decorated and well equipped for what renters might need. This was the best stocked home of any property we've rented (Extra pillows, blankets, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, sugar, coffee, spices, TP, paper towels, body soap, hand soap, dish soap, air freshener, laundry soap, and a wireless phone charger are examples). There were also toiletries: toothbrushes, toothpaste, and little soaps. Even the items we didn't need/use were still appreciated and made us feel looked after. The extra pampering touches were above and beyond: water bottles & local brews in the fridge, ice bag in the freezer, a goodie basket of travel sized snacks, and even a personalized thank you card. The impressive binders of detailed information about the home, and surrounding area, were useful. The wifi/password sign, labeled light switches, were also helpful. The A/C, beautiful outside seating area, planters of gorgeous flowers, and outdoor shower were special summertime features. It's about 5 minutes to the town beach (by car), and 4 guest passes were provided. That saves the fee at the beach for each person, (You still have to pay for parking in the non resident lot, unless you can get a coveted space on the road). Other wonderful beaches are only 15-35 minutes away. A large supermarket is only 10 minutes away. Within a 4 minute drive there's also a small market, bicycle store where you can rent bikes, drugstores, gas station, and fabulous ice cream. A wonderful home that we would be very pleased to stay in again.

Excellent Property and Hosts

Mary and Bob were incredibly kind, responsive hosts. They went above and beyond in terms of the amenities offered. The house was very clean and comfortable with a great backyard space and outdoor shower. Great location, close to town beach and kayaking launch.

Beautiful and amazing

Bob and Mary are excellent host. They have everything that you may need for your stay. All light switches were labeled. Instructions for tv remotes. Mary had a binder filled with information about surrounding area. Which restaurants and grocery stores are close by. When you arrive you feel at home. I definitely will go back if I'm in rhode island again. Highly recommend this place.

Pristine property with every amenity you could possibly think of-complete with a welcome basket filled with snacks,candies, and adorable decorated shell to take home as a remembrance made by Mary! Mary and Bob went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Beautiful outdoor space with a deck, slate patio with comfy wicker furniture and a new outdoor shower which was heavenly! Location is great-a 5 minute drive to the beach-beach passes were provided. I would stay here again with no hesitations. Thank you Mary & Bob for a lovely stay. ❤️

Very nice place. Hostess provided very nice welcoming basket. Close to all Rhode Island activities.

We were in town for a graduation from URI. Great location for access to URI and coastal restaurants. Beach access is about 2 miles to Narragansett Beach. This is a very comfortable place to stay.

Absolute gem

Mary and Bob are absolute, top notch hosts. Starting with communication, extremely fast and efficient. The property is immaculate and Mary’s personal touches within are unmatched and thoughtful beyond expectations. The location is prime for being just close enough to downtown Newport, mansions, Bowen’s Wharf, restaurant’s and shops. If you’re looking for an excellent place to stay, this is it. Wonderful place to stay in Narragansett

From the moment we booked, the communication with Mary was excellent. She was always quick to answer any of our questions after we booked, shortly before we arrived, and during our stay. I mentioned that we would have our (almost) 2-year-old with us and she even went out of her way to provide age-appropriate toys for our daughter. That was so thoughtful, and our daughter loved them! The rental itself was wonderful. It was extremely clean and very well laid out. Mary left us a very nice welcome basket and there is binder with all the information you would need about the rental and it also included recommendations for local restaurants. The kitchen had all the items you would need to cook (minus the food of course). The bathroom had plentiful towels, and there were even extra toothbrushes, toothpaste, and other toiletries. The bedrooms were definitely a good size, with extra pillows and blankets in the closets. The deck and backyard were also a nice area to relax in. Overall, this was a great rental. Mary made it an even better experience, and we would love to come back again in the future. Don't hesitate, book now!!!

Weekend trip

No regrets staying at this property! Very welcoming and comfortable. The owner even had some suggestions of things to do which came in very handy! Super close to the ocean and convenient to many restaurants and activities. I would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area and would book again!

Girls weekend getaway

It was such a pleasure communicating with Mary. She is a fantastic host who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable! We were able to get in early and were welcomed to a sweet welcome basket filled with treats, snacks and a beautiful shell souvenir. She also put a few drinks in the fridge. The house is very well stocked with all the things you may need and if you forgot a toothbrush no worries Mary has you covered. The beach house is very tastefully decorated and very clean and cozy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan on making this rental an annual getaway Spot. ♥️🏖♥️

Family Visit

We travel and use VRBO a lot. This house is in a beautiful location and has all the comforts of home. The owners have thought of everything renters would need. And, they went above and beyond to make our stay particularly comfortable during a difficult time. The house was immaculate .and everything we needed was easily found.
