Tyler, we was so glad that you and your family enjoyed the house. I would have to agree. It's a great house for the number of people that you have and you cannot beat the location, especially for your age group. Walking for dinner and ice cream is a great thing to do. Also, thank you for pointing out the wrapped linens. We feel that that is the best way to present that our linens are fresh and clean. We started this during COVID and we felt that it was important that we continue to do it. Some people are put out by the fact that they have to make their bed up when they arrive. But all in all most people are pleased to know everything is clean. We thank you for choosing to stay with us and we hope that you would come back to see us again soon. Dianne😊

Linda, Thank you for the great review! I do try to be very responsive and available for all our guest. I agree, This house is in one of the best locations for food and beach. Restaurants are within walking distance and close to 2 state beaches! I do agree that the living and dining area are on the smaller side. We wish there was more room. In the past, we had a few renters, with 12 people, mentioned that they wish we had a 2nd refrigerator, especially if they were there for a week plus, to be able to store food and drinks (everyone likes to bring there own). So we supplied a mini fridge this year to help accommodate those needs but unfortunately that was the only place that made sense. We have had guest turn the table kiddie corner to help with space. We really enjoyed having you stay with us and if you cannot find that beach from property next summer, We would love to have you back! Stay safe and enjoy the rest of your summer!

Ryan, Thank you for the positive review. We are happy that you chose us to stay with! It is a wonderful location for all those things! AND WE WOULD LOVE TO HAVE YOU BACK! Yes, this house is a student rental during the academic year. However, I do understand what you are saying about the accoutrements of an Airbnb home. Through experience we have found that less is more, especially for a summer rentals. To much clutter takes longer to clean when we have constant turnovers. I will definitely take it into consideration and make some new additions next summer to make it more homey. Thank you for your honesty. As for the board games, I will be looking into it because I purchased a few have in the house (not sure what happened to them).
