Hoteller nær Naritasan Sendai Bunin

«Very nice and clean hotel with hot spring bath!»

«Please be aware that if you're even 5 minutes late with checkout they will charge you a huge amount in penalty fee. It's according to their own guidelines which we as a guest should be aware of beforehand, but there's absolutely no sense of "omotenashi" here. Rooms were also super small, and not what you would expect from a 4 star property. »

«The value of the hotel is great. It has just what you need and the rooms are clean. The staff is very kind and helpful. I was walking out the door on a rainy day and one of the staff members stopped me and gave me an umbrella to borrow while I was out. I would recommend to anyone. The hotel was a short walk from the train station which made it easy to get around the city.»

«Hotel is located about 3 km outside of downtown Sendai on the bank of a river. View of the river and the far shore is excellent. Hotel has no garden or grounds. Outside of hotel needs a cleanup; inside is very clean. Check-in is not until 6:00 pm; which was very inconvenient. Staff were helpful. Breakfasts are selected from a set menu at time of check-in and are placed outside your room in the morning.»
