The old house today looks fresh, renovated, modern and cozy: a comfortable two-room apartment that is spread over two levels and offers up to 3 beds.
The ground floor is a nice living room furnished with 1 single sofa bed, dining room, TV and air conditioning. Next to it is the well-equipped kitchenette.
An open staircase leads from the living room to the upper floor, where there is the master bedroom with en suite shower room.
From the room, a small staircase leads to the small terrace of exclusive property.

The vacation home La Storta Guest House stands in one of the many alleys of the charming ball of streets that form the historic center of Nardò, among the most beautiful in all of Salento.
All the main architectural and historical attractions of the city are within walking distance, as are all services. The nearest sea is Santa Caterina and Santa Maria al Bagno, just 5 minutes away by car.
Also very close are Sant`Isidoro, Frascone beach, Portoselvaggio Natural Park, Gallipoli and Porto Cesareo.
The house is in a Restricted Traffic Zone. The nearest parking area is less than 100 meters away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 5pm to 9pm) and check-out (from 7 am to 9am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 9pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 25 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The house is in ZTL. The nearest parking area is less than 100 meters away.
