The home is situated in Nardò’s historic center, only 2 km from the nearest healthcare facility and close to Nardò train station. Porto Selvaggio bay is 3 km away, and beaches are between 800 meters and 1.5 km from the property, offering opportunities for nature walks and seaside relaxation.



Free street parking is available. Families with children are welcome. One pet is allowed, available for an extra fee. Guests can enjoy SUP lessons, excursions, and equipment rental, as well as boat and dinghy rentals with or without a skipper. Food and wine tours, guided visits, and shuttle services to and from airports or train stations are also available for an extra fee.
