Podere Petricore`s Trilocale is a charming country house sleeping 6, set in a large and well-kept estate in the Salento hinterland, in Boncore, just 4 km from the beaches of Torre Lapillo.
 
The vacation house with furnished veranda is equipped with air conditioning, wi-fi internet, dishwasher, electric oven, coffee maker, hairdryer, TV and mosquito nets on doors and windows.
Shared with 2 other houses are the large garden, outdoor shower, and car parking.

The three-room vacation home is located within a fenced estate with dry stone walls, surrounded by green lawn and stone paths.
Derived
from an old farmhouse, the three-room apartment today is a modern, cozy
structure. The fireplace in the hall and the "neviera" located in the
area in front of the entrance, protected by thick glass, remain from the
historic rural dwelling: it was once used to collect ice and snow
during the winter months.
The interior of the three-room apartment has an entrance into a living room with 1 double sofa bed, fireplace and dining room. From here one passes to the kitchenette.
The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms, one of which has a kitchenette and en suite shower room. A second full bathroom completes the house.

in the Salento hinterland, in Boncore, the 3-room apartment is part of a
small complex of 3 apartments surrounded by a large garden.

Petricore is located along the country roads that embroider the Arneo,
in the area of Boncore, just 4 km from the beaches and the center of
Torre Lapillo.
The estate allows you to spend vacations in a quiet
setting, far from the chaos of the coast, but really just a handful of
minutes from the sea and all the main services. 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
