«Can you please advise customers of the bar that turns into a night club Saturday nights. They not only kept Us up all night until 2am but the people after it closed where so drunk they made so much noise we were up until 3am. You can literally hear the music pounding even with patio door closed. Not a happy camper since we had to be up Very very early! Room 437 June 20th»

«Very happy with the room, the pool and outside deck were beautiful, staff was very helpful and allowed me to use the boardroom for an important Zoom meeting I had. Will definitely be booking to stay there again and the warm cookies were a nice added touch.»

«My husband, daughter and I really enjoyed our stay. The only issue I would say we had was when booking there was only the option of 2 queen beds and having a toddler we preferred a king which was unavailable when booking. When we got to the hotel we asked and they had one but wanted to charge $52/night so we ended up with the 2 queen. The cleaning staff was really nice and gave us whatever we needed. «I was told I was getting an upgrade and ended up in a tiny room. I was travelling with others that had booked the same room that I had originally booked and their room was by far nice than my "upgrade". I don't think I will be staying here again.»

Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Penticton. Nikki is an amazing host and great cook! I highly recommend her place to you. For 2 couples, the 2 bedroom suite in the basement is perfect for sharing.»

«The hotel is in a great location, rooms were clean, good showers and good coffee too! The staff were helpful, pleasant and professional!! The tv worked good and the patio was a really nice touch. The grounds & pool area were fantastic (Sauna, hot tub were great!) !! It was nice too that they had lawn games to enjoy as well. It’s just too bad they don’t offer breakfast. «This property was very welcoming when I arrived. The host went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed. I needed to head out the next morning very early and he got up two hours earlier than usual to accommodate providing me with a coffee and a bagel and banana for the road. I didn’t ask him to do this, but he offered it and insisted. I found the bed was great for sleeping with super nice pillows.
