Nice cooling hike in Ecuador’s highlands
❤️ Natural hot springs resort in the lush cloud forest...4,200 metres above sea level. Wow! I was so impressed with everything here...the mountain slopes, canopy, birds and flowers... The spa and their service was as wonderful. I tried Body Lymphatic Drainage which they said it would give me a better stimulation of the lymphatic system and relaxing effect at the same time! And yes! I give them props! 👍
There are several rivers of varying difficulty in Tena, Ecuador. I'm not sure the name of this river, but we had all class III and IV rapids. It was a great day out -- about 4 hours to get down the river.
