We had a good stay. Breakfast was really nice. Some issues with the heating system in our room. It was so warm that we had to sleep with the window open. Other then that everything was fine.

Safe and convenient place to stay near old city
Stayed four nights. The hotel felt safe, and the neighbourhood felt safe. The location is close to the Central Station, and in walking distance to the whole of the wonderful old city of Naples. There is an excellent restaurant and bar in the top flour, and I ended up having all my dinners there outside on the roof terrace. My executive room was modern and nice. The only issue I had, was unstable WiFi in the room, but I learned how to manage it by sitting in one end of the room. I might stay at the same hotel if I return to Naples.

This hotel is in a busy and somewhat dangerous neighborhood. The restaurant on the rooftop switched out my wine order and was super over priced for the quality, but we didn’t feel safe enough to walk around looking for another. We won’t return here.

We stayed for 5 days. On the first day, our assigned room had no internet service so we moved to another room. This was fine for 3 nights until the air conditioning stopped working…so, we moved to a third room for 2 nights. In this room the safety bar in the bath/shower was broken. We stayed there anyway because we were tired of changing rooms! Also, none of the three rooms had anywhere (drawers, shelves) to put anything.

Schöne und saubere Zimmer, zentral gelegen. Unbedingt Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen, wenn man geräuschempfindlich ist, da die Feuerwehr sehr oft fährt, nachts die Müllabfuhr fährt und die Autofahrer dauerhaft hupen und die Wände sehr dünn sind. Wir hatten außerdem sehr viele Mücken im Zimmer. Wir können die Bar empfehlen die Drinks waren lecker und das Personal war sehr nett. Lediglich die Angestellten am Empfang waren sehr arrogant und unfreundlich. Alles in allem kann ich das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Staff tried to be helpful but experience was not great. We stayed one night and needed wi-fi to check in. First room (113) we moved in to: no wi-fi. We called down to reception and were told to pop down and they would set up. We unpacked and went down. We went back up and met a facilities guy and he couldn't get wi-fi.. He then took us to another room on the first floor. No wi-fi. He then took us to 324 on the 3rd floor and we had wi-fi. We then had to repack and move. The second room had poor light and was smaller but, by this time we were too tired to complain as had already lost an hour. We later noted it had a broken toilet seat. The roof-top restaurant staff worked hard and we had an enjoyable meal, although I ordered a Vodka Martini that was delivered warm (the manager removed it from the bill so thank you).

Great location - literally opposite the main station. But this is a bit of a downside too as it’s pretty noisy all night. Reception staff are great - we wanted to go to pompei and there was a train strike on the line we were going to use. The man at reception took time to look online which lines were and weren’t open. Wrote down an alternative route and the times of the trains. Another receptionist drew on a map 3 pizza places he recommended. Very good service. Taxi to the airport was only 15 mins and 19 euros. I’d stay again.

Very good property in the heart of the Piazza Garibaldi which makes it super convenient for travel around Napoli and the rest of Southern Italy. The port is close, as is the Centro Storico, train station, and subways. Lots of shopping, restaurants, and cafes and neighborhood is bustling if a little gritty. I never felt unsafe- but it's definitely very good to keep an eye out and b e aware. As in any large metro area. The hotel staff were very helpful, kind, and considerate.

Suite was nice… surrounding area was sketchy at night… dinner at hotel was good… breakfast was ok.. Be careful crossing the street as pedestrians don’t have the right of way…..

Lovely hotel inside, staff were amazing and roof top bar very good. Good location for transport links for the surrounding area. Unfortunately the area surrounding the hotel felt unsafe, car horns constantly being heard 24/7, homelessness and rubbish covering the streets.

Located close to the main station and just a short walk to the old historical part of the city. So best place to explore Napoli. The rooms are in best condition, new equipment, safe, minibar, comfortable queen bed and excellent breakfast buffet. Indeed, even apart from the noise reduceding windows, it is still loud at night. But that is not the hotels fault, this is Napoli. I recommend the Una!

Ottima posizione con trasporti pubblici a portata di mano. Albergo gradevole con tutti i servizi. Non particolarmente silenzioso, ma dovuto al fatto che si affaccia su una piazza molto trafficata, tuttavia l'insonorizzazione è buona. Staff cortese.
