Good- spacious room, modern washroom, comfortable beds, convenient area. Could be improved - one key for 3 adults made it hard to go out at separate times. Noise from other guests came through the door and ceiling as it wasn't very soundproof.

The location in the heart of Naples was an amazing experience. Locals were not only friendly but helpful. The exact location was difficult to find with only a small name placard on building next to the door. Several locals helped us find it. Loved the OLD neighborhood atmosphere just off Galleria Shopping street of Via Toledo. Very FUN location and felt safe.

ake sure you get a street terrace and a window!!!
If you got the room pictured, I’m sure you’d rate it 5 stars, but we got the room with no window and a super small terrace on the first floor of the interior of the building next to concrete walls and the trash bins. The bathroom is nice and the pillows superb but man, I could not wait to get out of there and see light. And also - best neighborhood!

Super hôtel
Ce petit hôtel est MAGNIFIQUE. Les chambres sont immenses, propres, bien décorées et confortables. Petit balcon qui donne sur ces rues typiques et animées de Naples dans ce beau quartier espagnol. Les restaurants aux alentours sont excellents. Nous étions en voiture et le grand parking juste à côté est d'une efficacité redoutable et vraiment pas cher (20 € pour 20 heures). Je recommande vivement cet endroit.

Ideal place to stay in Napoli
Ideal location at the heart of Napoli. Well equipped, clean and very comfortable room. Tastefully decorated. Vibrant area, so I did appreciate my earplugs. Only comment I would make is would be nice to have a sign on the door of the atrium to make sure I'm in the right place next time. Would happily book to stay again if I visit Napoli again.

Två nätter i Neapel
Fräscht och mysigt litet hotell. Det enda negativa är att det var väldigt lyhört från dem andra närliggande rummen dock inte lyhört utifrån gatan där det under dag tid också är väldigt livligt och riktigt Neapel stämning. Då det var extremt varmt under vår vistelse var det väldigt bra att rummen hade AC (: Hotellpersonalen var utmärkt jag kontaktade dem via Facebook för att planera incheckningen.

Great stay
They were really helpful and understanding when I told them I needed to check-in earlier, unfortunately they were full, BUT they kept my suitcases so I would be able to go sightseeing the city without having to worry about my luggage. The hotel is centrally located near Via Toledo where you will have shopping, sightseeing, restaurants and a 5 min. walk to the Harbor. I recommend this place to anyone planning on visiting Napoli!

Most comfortable bed!
This hotel is a great place to stay with a convenient location to the Port and shopping areas. The room was huge and the bed was some sort of memory foam mattress so really comfortable. All the facilities are modern. There is a tv with a good choice of channels too. It can be a little noisy at night (maybe the hotel could provide ear plugs) because of traffic and neighbours. It is also difficult to find the hotel at first so I recommend connecting to the WiFi at the airport and ensuring you’ve put the address into google maps. You don’t see much of the staff but they clean the room everyday at some point and are friendly over text. As a female solo traveller I felt quite safe. I would stay here again.

Great place to stay!
We arrived a little before 3pm and had to wait 15 minutes for the receptionist to arrive. Other than that it was a pleasant night staying in this place. It is newly renovated so everything is spotless and all equipments just work. The location is next to one of the busiest neighbourhood in Naples so it's easy to explore the city from here.

Nights in Naples
Lovely room in more like an apartment than a hotel. Large comfortable bed and large rain shower. Slightly tricky to find so make sure you contact them about your arrival time (I used Facebook). Would recommend to anyone. 15 min walk from the port (and airport bus).

In den 4 Tagen war leider niemand vor Ort und sehr schlechte Erreichbarkeit. Die Koffer konnten am Abreisetag nicht untergestellt werden, Kommunikation sehr schwierig.

We stayed two nights in this hotel. The host is super nice and very accommodating, he allowed us early check in at 12;00 and late checkout without trouble. The host was also able to make local recommendations. The room was very clean with everything provided except iron (which is normally not provided in hotels in Italy). The building is old and needs updating. There is no front desk although host is able to take calls and very approachable. The location is ideal and very close to castle, metro and museum all within walking distance. I would chose to stay again.

Stort rum men balkongdörren var det enda fönstret och den vette ut mot en liten sliten innergård. Balkongen går ej att sitta på och rummet har inget naturligt ljus, vilket gör att det känns väldigt instängt.

똘레도거리에 위치해있고 똘레도역과 5분거리에있어서 이동하기좋아요. 누오보 성까지도 도보로 가능하구요. 호스트도 광장히 친절하고 나폴리주변 설명도 잘해줍니다 하지만 호스트가 숙박시설에 상주해있지않기때문에 체크인전에 꼭 미리 연락하시고 도착하세요!

Attractive quiet room in the heart of Naples
5 rooms on the first floor of an ancient building have been converted to a high standard into the equivalent of 3* hotel rooms. My high-ceilinged attractively designed corner room had two French windows, a modern well-equipped shower room, a comfortable double bed and good lighting. The room lacked anywhere to sit apart from the bed, but despite giving onto the narrow alleyways of the old Spanish Quarter was perfectly quiet at night, apart from occasional noises/snoring emanating from other rooms. The owners do not live on site, so any communication has to be pre-arranged or made by phone. No cleaning, bed-making or breakfast are provided. Wifi is good but fades occasionally. Vico Giardinetto can be tricky to find first time, but is located 200 yards from the exit of Toledo metro station in the direction of Castel Nuovo: the apartment is accessed through a dingy communal entrance. The semi-pedestrianised Via Toledo is a permanent sea of drifting humanity, but many of Naples' main historic attractions and the island ferries are within easy walking distance. The Hosteria Toledo immediately opposite the apartment was a disappointment; there are much better alternatives in the area (the pizza at Da Attilio is first-rate). Marino's caffe next to the apartment is ideal for a coffee and good brioche or pastry, plus lively chat. at breakfast.
