"Nyrenovert" Gorgeous Designer Beach Condo!

  • Vårt borettslag har nylig blitt renovert og pusset opp med nye møbler. Vi har gjort det enkelt for deg å nyte ferien. I morgen sola skinner på Lanai, og det er en flott utsikt over bukten og den nydelige stranden.
    Hovedsoverommet har en king size seng og tilgang til Lanai og en fantastisk utsikt over bukten. Stue / spisestue er helt åpen med tilgang til Lanai hvor du kan nyte en middag og en vakker solnedgang uten å forlate hjemmet. Stuen har en sovesofa og 55 "K4 flatskjerm-TV. Det er også en 46 "flatskjerm-TV i Master og 36" TV i soverom. For enkelhets skyld har vi Wifi tilgjengelig. Ny tur i dusjen bad med myke håndklær og tilbehør. Fullt utstyrt kjøkken med Keurig kaffetrakter. Gå direkte på stranden fra bassengområdet. Nyt fullt utstyrt treningssenter eller tennisbaner.
    Vi har strandstoler, kjølere, parasoller og badehåndklær og leker i enheten, og hvis du trenger en seng for barnet ditt, kan vi tilby det også. Vår enhet er nøkkelferdige møblert og designer dekorert.

We had a fantastic spring break and Ulrike was a great host. Condo is updated and very nice.This was our first stay on the beach in the Tigertail area, but not our first to Marco. At the time of our stay, there was a provided wagon, beach chairs, and umbrellas. These were very nice to have during beach time. It's roughly a 10 minute walk from the pool to the ocean water, but we knew that having visited the area previously. Kids loved the pool.

Marco vacation

Condo and resort were first class. Great location for beach/ocean views. Ulrike (owner) was fantastic. Great communication and responded quickly to questions or a few minor issues. Look forward to staying again

awesome view, wonderful host, dolphins!

Beautiful 2 bedroom condo in perfect location in middle of tower with great view of beautiful white sand beach with shells galore right in front, heated pool, sunny porch, wonderfully helpful host, be sure to book a boat trip to the Ten Thousand Islands nearby, saw more than 20 dolphins cavorting near our boat, enjoy!

Marco Island - Florida

Our condo was clean and nicely updated. Our hostess, was so kind and helpful! It is a hike to the beach if you have small children, we don’t, but still appreciated the wagon to haul the chairs to the ocean. Everything we needed for the beach was provided as well as good restaurant options and activities! Would definitely recommend this property!

Thanksgiving 2023

Condo was fantastic! We had a great week at South Seas. Condo was well equipped, updated very nicely, great view, great location. First time on this end of the beach and we loved it. Urilke was great to work with, very communicative, super nice. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Spring break

The property was wonderful and perfectly accommodated our family of 5. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking supplies we needed. We made breakfast and lunch daily and ate out for most dinners. The beach closet had toys, chairs, umbrella and other things to help us have great beach days. Ulrike was so easy to communicate with and always quick to respond. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this or other properties of hers in the future.

Excellent location and remarkable host!

Ulrike welcomed us and took the time to introduce us to her home and building. This was incredibly helpful for our first trip to Marco Island. She was attentive to all our questions and made our stay remarkably easy. The location was perfect for beach lovers!

Marco Island Paradise

The Condo was beautifully located, can't beat the view. The condo itself is wonderful and very comfortable. Communication with Ulrike was very easy and pleasant. We had no issues and would definitely stay here again. Brad Clinton

Relaxing

Very well kept property and pool area. Pool temp was perfect. Condo clean and comfortable. Hosts was especially helpful and quick to respond.

Lovely Property

We have been visiting the South Seas Towers at Marco Island for over 35 years. We absolutely love this location! Ulrike was very responsive, easy to reach and made the logistics of our arrival and departure as easy as possible. The condo is nicely appointed with a view of the pool and beach. We had coffee on the balcony each morning. We loved the updated kitchen and large walk-in glass showers. The beds and couches were very comfortable. Unfortunately, we experienced a family emergency during our trip. Ulrike was incredibly accommodating in helping us get out of the condo early and taking care of last minute cleaning and things in the condo that we were unable to do as we had to leave town quickly. I highly recommend this condo as well as this incredibly thoughtful and responsive property owner.

Just as described...great week at the island!

Ulrike was wonderful with communication. The condo is just as described and had everything we needed and more. Even though the walk was a little much, we found a shortcut and enjoyed the beach very much. We will definitely be back!

Great condo for a family of 4

My family enjoyed our stay at this property. The kitchen was fully stocked, there were plenty of linens and the location is close to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. The beach was a little bit of a hike for our young children, but not terrible. The entire condo complex is secure, clean and very well maintained. Ulrike was very responsive. She met us when we got there to show us around and gave us suggestions for things to do during our stay. We would not hesitate to rent this property (or another one of Ulrike’s) in the future.

Could have been better.

The unit was clean, beautifully decorated, has a beautiful view, and had everything that we needed. Unfortunately this unit was surrounded by units which were under major construction (replacement of sliding doors). The noise level for 8 hours each weekday was unbearable. While the condo owners in the building may not have known exactly what units were going to be renovated, the owner of this unit did not inform us of the possibility of major construction and when we complained after 3 days of dealing with the noise of jack hammers and drilling, they did not offer any compensation for ruining our "relaxing" vacation". The good news for anyone visiting after Florida begins allowing visitors once Covid-19 has abated is that the construction should be done.

Disappointed

After 15 years of wonderful VRBO experiences, we unfortunately felt very disappointed with this most recent booking. Upon arrival, we first learned that the condo we rented was completely surrounded by heavy construction, including jackhammers, electric saws, hammers and many other very loud power tools. We were then offered another condo in another building for part of the stay. It was nice but did not have the southerly gulf view we had been anticipating for several months. After four days, due to an incoming rental, we had to pack up and move to the original property we rented. The first two days were over the weekend so the noise wasn't a factor but the dust and dirt that accumulated from the work week left a fine layer of dust throughout the interior of the condo and the outside deck was covered in a thick layer of dirt and debris from the adjacent construction projects such that it become unusable. On the following Monday and Tuesday, work resumed shortly before 8:00am with a noise decibel level that made the property uninhabitable until 5:00 when the work ceased for the day. We feel that we should have been informed in advance of the extensive work being done in the adjacent condos so that we may have found other accommodations that would have been more conducive to a long anticipated peaceful, restful and tranquil vacation. Although a small adjustment (credit) was made to our account (after very difficult conversations/texts with the owner), we believe the entire situation should have been handled more professionally and more transparently.
