After 11:30 PM, please lower your voice to enjoy the quiet above the roofs while respecting our neighbors.Smoking: You are welcome to smoke outdoors on the terraces using the provided ashtrays. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the bedrooms and living rooms.

We will meet you directly at the main entrance door on Via Santa Brigida to hand over the keys, show you around the penthouse, explain how the fireplaces work, and guide you to the two spectacular panoramic terraces.Since the elevator goes up to the 5th floor, our team will be happy to help you carry all your luggage up the final flight of stairs to the house entrance on the 6th floor. As there is no self check-in system, we kindly ask you to share your estimated arrival time with us in advance.
