I truly am sorry that you did not enjoy your stay with us. Normally as long as the do not disturb is not on the door the housekeeping team does a daily refresh of the room. Our hotel is the select service model in the Hyatt family which means we do have less to offer than a full service Hyatt hotel. On the positive side we are also much less expensive than the Hyatt up the road.

On our Hyatt website we do state under transportation it is 3 miles from the hotel or many people leave reviews some positive and some negative about the planes.
