Store og fine rom
Stort rom, med alt mulig utstyr for å lage mat selv om man ønsker det. Måtte reie opp ekstraseng til barna selv. Gode senger. Wifi virket dårlig inne på rommet. Fint basseng og treningsrom. Var noen få kafeer i nærheten. Frokosten var overraskende bra.

Fantastically helpfull staff
Clean rooms, reasonable breakfast but best of all were the very helpful staff who helped us sort an extra bed and rearranged the room to make it all work. Great job guys.

The hotel is in good location, but the property is old and outdated, the couch in the bedroom was dirty, could definitely use a touch up.

We have recently completed and update of our hotel. The couches in the rooms are only a few months old. Thank you for alerting us to an issue with this room so we can clean it.

There was no one at the front desk for 10 minutes because they were working elsewhere on the property. This happened to others checking in as well. Just a sign to greet us. Once checked in all was well and staff was courteous.

We rarely have issues with outside noise and would like the opportunity to investigate any issue and correct it if possible. Our breakfast follows the Hilton standards. I am sorry you were disappointed with what we offer. Was there something specific you would like to see on the buffet, maybe we can get approval to offer it in the future. Decaf in the evening is again not the Hilton standard we are required to follow, we apologize for not having it available for you.

Everything was great. I only wish there was an assortment of firmness with the pillows. Also, the egg selection at breakfast needs to improve.

All the pillows were recently replaced, and some people feel they are still a little "stiff". As for the eggs at breakfast, every day the menu changes but if asked the breakfast attendant usually is able to accommodate a special request.

The hotel is old and tired. Many things in our room didn’t work. Breakfast is over by 9am. Not the usual standard of Hampton Inn. We won’t stay here again.

We are sorry to hear you did not have an enjoyable stay with us. Our hotel recently completed a substantial refresh of all the guest rooms as well as the lobby and pool area. Did you speak to anyone on site regarding the issues you experienced in the room? Can you offer more information as to what was not working in the room so we can have maintenance address these issues. Our breakfast hours are set by our management company and therefore may not match other Hilton property breakfast hours, we are sorry you were disappointed.
