Location was amazing and it was not only less pricey than the JWM nearby, but quieter, less crowded and more peaceful than any mega-resort as well! Wide brick crosswalk with push button signal was directly in front of our building. Then a 5 to 10-minute walk down shaded brick-paved path led to gorgeous Marco Island Beach public beach. Walked across wide flat stretch of white sand beach to the water using the included cart for the new-looking beach chairs provided. Access is public but doesn’t have restrooms/parking like Tigertail or Marco South have. So no crowding for our Sat/Sun stay in late April, unlike the wall-to-wall umbrellas at all the resorts next to us! Check-in was seamless, unit was exactly as pictured. One or two-day starter supply of Keurig pods, paper towels and TP provided as promised. Impressed that we found unit spotless. Lisa was gracious when we requested to park in unit space to use the beach a couple hours prior to check-in. We were pleasantly surprised she allowed us to check in earlier as well! Prior renter failed to return 2 beach umbrellas that belonged in unit. We wanted to hit the beach immediately so she reimbursed us for one from a shop a short walk away. We only needed one umbrella, but she arranged for 2nd one to be delivered by her cleaning service the next morning. (The cleaner was very helpful and kind.) Very happy with our stay and with responsiveness of hosts. This was the perfect size for the two of us and we’d love to return!
