Nice Spot!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in the complex before and enjoyed the location and the proximity to Lahaina. There are turtles in the water just off the park and the pool, The facility has aged well and the management is there to help. The neighbors are very welcoming to visitors.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 205 is roomy, well stocked with all you need for cooking and relaxing. Wifi worked fine, TV worked fine. Kitchen was well equipped even though we didn't do much real cooking, just some breakfast and lunch prep. Pool area is well maintained. Folks are friendly at Hale Kai. We will stay there again.

Friendly group of long term residents. Lots of snorkeling and beaches nearby and next door, if surf cooperates. Groceries and restaraunts nearby. Unit was clean and well furnished. Would recommend.

Hale Kai Condos

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our third stay at the Hale Kai condos. The location is great and the year-round residents are friendly, including an every other Sunday pupu potluck and the traditional conch shell sounding at sunset. Unit 205 needs a new sofa sleeper, but was otherwise comfortable. It is sparsely decorated, but has all needed amenities. I recommend Hale Kai to any travelers. You are steps from the beach, where you can snorkel and observe sea turtles from the pool deck. The neighboring park, farmer's market across the street and Bad *** coffee shop are frequent stops for us when visiting.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 205 was very nice, clean with a good view. We where happy with everything except the beds (mattresses) need attention, very uncomfortable... A second T.V. in master bedroom would also be nice. But over all a very nice fully functional 2 bedroom set up.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great experience! The condo was clean, very spacious. There is no AC, but with the breeze from outside it was nice. The upstairs got really hot, but cooled off tremendously at night. Staff was friendly, quiet, and private condo. The beach/park are right next to this condo. The pool was clean, very warm, relaxing. LOVED IT! Manager responded on 10/9/2013: Aloha - No need for AC with the trade winds, for the real Hawaiian experience and tropical smells to enjoy. We appreciate Hale Kai was your choice for your first trip to Maui. Mahalo - HKR, LLC

Met some great people. Only thing to improve on would be a better supplied kitchen for cooking and baking utensils (cookie sheet , baking pan)
