Ballongtur over Napa
Vi valgte hotellet på grunn av at det var utgangspunktet for ballongturer over dalen, med start før soloppgang, Hotellet hadde en bra standard, men resturanten var relativt enkel. Beteningen klarte ikke å gi tilbakemeldinger som lovet.

The bedding was comfortable after a long day at the venue it was definitely a great feel. Coffee bar and staff were excellent.

No queen beds only full beds so hugely disappointing for a Marriott and it was not cheap. Also mattress was very uncomfortable we 3 sisters had sore backs from the bed and kinked necks from the pillows that were so puffy like sleeping on balloons. Service was terrible the coffee bar lady kept rolling her eyes before we could order yet no one in front of us or behind. Its like she would rather not be there. The bar tender was not at all friendly and cocktails not up to standard. Still we tipped well. It wasnt the best experience.

Enjoyed the property and seating areas, though the rooms were ok. Walls are thin, bring ear plugs if you are sensitive! Staff was great. Amenities were great, bar and restaurant area was lovely. Enjoyed sitting outside with the heaters and fire tables.

Wonderful hotel to stay at. You’ll need a car or for arrange transportation to get into Napa downtown or to wineries, but you would need to from any hotel. Comfortable, quiet, great amenities, and staff. This is my second stay at this hotel and is still as great as always.

Shedrick was so helpful and easy to talk to about my concerns. This was my first time experiencing what I would call as a doorman/bell hop at a hotel. When escorted to my first room by Shedrick(that was by the elevator) I mentioned to Shedrick how my focus for my stay was to enjoy my birthday which includes getting some sleep..Shedrick immediately turned around and said I will be right back with a new room key. My new room was so peaceful.

I had a couple issues with this property. The biggest one being that they let the outdoor music in the courtyard by the pool play all night and all morning long. I had to call every night around 1 AM and ask them to turn off the music. I just don’t get it why they have it going 24 seven. The next thing was I extended my stay for one night, but they seem to not be able to figure out how to make that work. Even after spending a lot of time and getting the room for another night we were automatically checked out the next day and our keys didn’t work. Had to go through the whole process again just to gain access to our room. Plus Housekeeping did not make up the room. The last thing was every morning we would put out the do not disturb placard on the outside of the door. And every morning at around 7:30 in the morning the housekeeping crew would come and knock on the door. I would open up the door and show them the do not disturb placard, but They didn’t seem to consider it.

The room was nice and tidy, but the front of the house manager on New Year’s Eve went above and beyond with friendliness and helpfulness. It was very much appreciated.

The pool was not heated as advertised. There was no spa or hot tub. Very clean property and nice location close to downtown.
