Really nice property, the location is fantastic. If you're searching take the time to look what's around the property itself. So many restaurant chains, Home Depot if needed, a movie theater 200 hundred feet away. The hotel will not disappoint, I will stay again.

Although the stay started off a bit, the staff at this location were helpful in attending to the situation. The stay overall was great very clean facility and very close to walking trail, stores, and food/movie.

Too close to the overpass where there were homeless people in tents walking through the hotel parking lot which made us feel nervous.

I ultimately enjoyed my stay. Our check in was perfect and was met with friendly staff. I was a little uncomfortable during breakfast since it appeared like myself and my partner were being followed and focused on by a female staff member while we were getting food. We were a little concerned with surrounding area. There is a bridge with a small homeless encampment by where our room and car was. We had no incident and otherwise have no complaints. It was a nice little get away and would definitely stay again.

The hotel is 20yds from a homeless shelter where people sleep, eat, shower, pee and poop where they can. I felt unsafe and was forced to pay parking fee not previously disclosed at the time of booking. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was fine/what we expect from Hampton Inn. Room wasn’t as clean as expect from a Hampton Inn. Worst view from hotel room we have experienced…close freeway overpass, graffiti visible on overpass support, etc.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights in March 2024. Although the hotel was newly renovated, we were disappointed to find that the pool and hot tub were closed during our stay. Additionally, we encountered a bed bug in our room on the last night, which was concerning. Despite bringing this issue to the staff's attention, it was not addressed satisfactorily. We reached out to Expedia for assistance with a refund or partial refund, but unfortunately, there was no resolution. Overall, our experience was marred by these issues, and now we have to take extra precautions to ensure we don't bring any critters home.

Our stay was great. One thing I can say though is that the doors to the room has a big gap from the floor. You can see light shine through at night and hear conversations from the hallway.

Our shower water was scalding hot even when you turn it to cold. We asked the front desk for a maintenance but she said that she's the only one right now. Not even offered a solution.. So we asked for another room, and she gave a room next to our previous one.. Same thing! So we called again and we got another one but different floor.

Stay here!!! It’s awesome
Check in was so easy. The woman at the front desk greeted me with a huge smile and upgraded our room for free. She was a gem! The room was clean and cozy and quiet. Nice view from the balcony and got to watch air balloons in the morning with coffee. Would stay again for sure!

First we got there and they gave us a room where the noise from some type of fan sounded like a jet taking off. It was not the air, it was turned off. Then we asked to be moved. They moved us to the second floor which unknown to us was under the 3rd floor which was being totally gutted and remodeled. The noise was incredible but we were going to dinner so off we went. The next morning which was Xmas EVE, the noise started at 7am. We complained but some noise still existed and by 9am it was full speed ahead. Obviously to us, the hotel just didn't care and the staff had no common sense. FORGET STAYING HERE!

Our room was so nice and clean we were so impressed. The bedding was clean and fresh. The lobby and dining areas were also very clean. The breakfast was good also.
