Hoteller som ligger i Downtown Bryson City

«For price it was very nice»

«Stayed in the bear suite, decorated nicely with the theme. Had breakfast items, drinks in frig, coffee, everything you need for quick breakfast and pastries that were very good. Bathroom items, they are very thoughtful on having the supplies you need. Overall a very comfortable place to stay and within walking distance to Main Street.»

«The bed and bedding in my room was clean and very comfortable. Unfortunately the walk down the hallway had a terrible smell which could have come from cleaning up from dogs that were allowed. The ceiling in my room had mold in the corners. There had been a recent partial update; laminate floors and bathroom flooring. The shower drain and plastic tub were black at the drain. The countertop in the bath should have been updated because it was an old style Venetian marble from the 70’s. There ...

«Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful inn»

«The beds were very comfortable but the 2nd queen bed was close to the air unit and we got cold throughout the night when the ac cooled the room. The room and bathroom were clean. I missed having a coffee maker. We were on the 2nd floor and we could hear each step the guests above us made all night. The front desk was very helpful throughout our 2 night stay. The weekend rate was over priced.»

«Clean room. Good breakfast.»

«Long View is top of my list of places to stay for all time. We stayed for two nights as an entry way to the Smokey Mountains, and it more than exceeded our expectations. Amazing views from the expansive deck with fireplaces, incredible design and planning went into the structure - a credit to the owner & local builders. Comfy beds and very welcoming staff. Breakfast is enough of a reason to return!»

«Conveniently located in Cherokee across from Harrahs Casino. The pool and hot tub are outside. Their property in Bryson City has an indoor pool & hot tub. It’s a nice hotel and I enjoyed staying there»

«Enjoyed our stay plan on coming back to Bryson and this will be where we stay»

«Hotel ripped me off and wouldn't give me my money back»

«The facility was in very good condition and well maintained. Out room was very quiet. The elevator was conveniently located near parking to carry our luggage to the second floor. The location of the motel was away from the congestion of downtown.»

«This was the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced. Despite carrying the Marriott chain name, Fairfield Inn & Suites Cherokee is severely outdated, poorly maintained, and fails to provide even basic hospitality standards. Our group of 10 people booked a total of 6 rooms. When we met the next morning, every single person complained that the nightstand outlets in their rooms were too loose to hold a charger. This is clearly a widespread, systemic issue across the property that management MUST ...

«I REALLY wanted to give this place a good review. I stayed here twice before, although it was several years ago. Both times were amazing. A new guy has recently taken over and you can tell he’s really working hard, but there were just too many things that went wrong. I booked this trip months ago, but when we got there we were informed that the room I had booked was having a water issue (the handle on the shower needed replaced) and we would have to switch to a smaller room. He said he would be ...

«They are remodeling so the place is a little messy looking outside. But our room was remodeled and nice even tho it wasn't the type of room we reserved.»

«Nice stay, would definitely go back.»
