Great hotel, quiet area, great service
Great hotel, feeling welcome when arrive at reception. They very swift fix things when you are making them aware that something should be fixed. Is a big hotel, but they have rooms that is spacious and good bar and restaurant and outdoor area by the pool. Is a hotel i would recommend and i have stayed there more than once myself and will also stay there again.

Flott og rent hotell
Veldig fint hotell med stort hotellrom og gode, komfortable senger. Aircondition som holder rommet i en god temperatur. Frokostbuffeten var helt ok. Var i utgangspunktet fornøyd med servicen, men da vi hadde bestilt ekstra seng til siste natten, ble det ikke satt opp seng og lagt inn ekstra hånklær til tross for at vi spurte resepsjonen om dette flere ganger. Ellers generelt fornøyd

Absolute a great hotel, good facilities, newer build and all was working well, efficient check in and out, only one minor glitch. was that the room was a double but was only prepared for one. when contact reseption, they fixed this efficient so is a minor detail. Will absolute stay there again, no doubdt.

Decent, not great.
This hotel is more like a 3 star, not 5. There is a lot of noise pollution like loud ventilation and aircondition, loud pump noises from a fake waterfall in the pool and so forth. In general not a place where attention has been put into details. The staff tries and there are a lot of them, yet simple things like a coffee order can take 30 mins to deliver or be forgotten alltogether. Food was decent and we did not get ill at all during a 4 day stay.

Toilets wont flush
My friends told me everybody will get stomach problems coming to Africa. But the food at Royal Orchid was healthy and good. No problems. Service was under par. My date didnt get her food at the same time as me. I asked about it, and the waiter said it would arrive within 5 minutes. She totally made that up. I was completely finished when it finally arrived, and the second waiter even (understandably) gave it to me as main dish. The showering was a new experience. The water pressure made the shower split in a loud and surprising explosion. They managed to fix that very fast. Using the toilet was not fun when it couldnt flush properly. Maintenance people managed to fix that as well, and the receptionist told us to press and hold both buttons. We tried that for several times, but the paper was just filled with more and more air due to the angle and position of the stream combined with the light paper. It is actually a bit embarrassing when you have a date and that stained paper is floating around while the people telling us its normal.

Just finished a stay here with family members, and it was a pleasant stay. The breakfast selection was excellent, dinner options were equally great. The staff members are the pride and joy in this hotel. Special mention to Nelly, Lillian, Samwel, Milka and Shelmith in the restaurant. Sammy in housekeeping and Janet at front desk. Everyone was very helpful, friendly and helped out a great deal. The rooms are spacious, clean and well furnished. I would probably recommend attention to water temperatures and sink water flow, before rooms are let for accommodating but other than that are very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel for staying and would stay here again. Big thank you for making our stay so welcoming!

Prideinn Azure Hotel has truly set the bar for hotel accommodation. From the moment I arrived I was welcomed warmly by the staff and given a level of personal service that honestly was shocking. I was given a pleasant guide of all the available amenities at the hotel and of all the features available in my room. My room was extremely clean and was stocked with everything advertised. The food at the restaurant within the hotel was excellent and they offered quite the variety which is nice for picky eaters. The staff however are the true stars, they were very informative and knowledgeable on every question I had whether it be about the hotel or the surrounding area. They were also extremely helpful and cheerful, from the reception desk, to waiters, to the security, the staff is on the top of their game. I highly reccomend a stay here if you are visiting Nairobi, you will be exceedingly pleased. I will definitely return if just for the experience of the stay and nothing more.

The staff is extremely professional and friendly. This is a perfect short stay hotel. Loved the gym with outside quart year. I can recommend this hotel for a business trip or short stay. I didn't have time to enjoy the pool are or dine in.

The first room they put us in smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and only had 1 hand towel. After we told them about it, they did upgrade us to a much better room with no smell.

Turvasatama Westlandsin liepeillä
PrideInn Azure tarjosi minulle paikan ladata akkuja omassa rauhassa, kesken raskaahkon ja kiireisen työmatkan. Valitsin hotellin pitkälti sijainnin perusteella, mutta halusin myös välttää monikansallisia ketjuja. Sijainnin osalta ajattelin että Westlandsin pääväylän eteläpuoli olisi rauhallisempi ja helpompi - tosiasiassa kaikki palvelut olisivat olleet väylän pohjoispuolella. Hotelli oli ookoo, erityisesti pidin kuntosalista ja ystävällisestä henkilökunnasta. Näköala oli mahtava. Huonetta pidettiin siistinä. Hotellin lähiympäristössä ei ollut oikein mitään. Kävellen liikkuminen päivällä valtatien väärällä puolella hieman hurjaa. Yöllä vaarallista.

Horrible stay, horrible service
This hotel does not care about their guests' happiness. I mistakenly over paid for my stay and the hotel refused to refund me back my money. They were very unreasonable & inkind about it. I only stayed 4 nights & mistakenly paid for 5. They refused to refund me. Idk where you pay for services you never receive. Next issue: the elevator didn't work for 3 days & I had to climb up the steps to the 6th floor each time i wanted to leave the hotel throughout those 3 days. The rooms had water stains in the toilet & sink bowl. The water had a slight yellow tint so that was gross, especially when you think about brushing my teeth with it. Finally, I paid for breakfast & they tried to bill me additionally for it. Very horrible experience here at PrideInn Azure. I do not recommend.

We had a super amazing stay at great hotel with the friendliest and most professional staff ever. We arrived to our hotel after midnight and the night manager, Arif, said we couldn’t get 3 rooms together then, but he promised we would be able in the morning. I awakened early and went down to the lobby. It was obvious that Arif had left copious note to Catherine who greeted me and had our rooms together shortly after breakfast. Throughout our week stay, the restaurant staff, front desk and house keeping staff made us feel like we were family. The rooms were clean, comfortable and cozy.. The location was great. We even walked back to the hotel after taking an Uber to a restaurant for dinner. I highly recommend this extremely luxurious hotel atmosphere for those who like getting a bang for their bucks without breaking the bank.
