Luxury Large Modern Victorian Villa

Victorian villa in large grounds decorated and furnished to a very high standard. Large kitchen diner with snug living room and second larger living room, both on the ground floor.
The property has been tastefully refurbished and decorated to a high standard. With a good-sized snug lounge, with patio door opening to a patio area with access to large front and rear gardens – both fenced and secure. Well appointed kitchen diner with ample space for 8 guests. Fully fitted modern kitchen. Second living room and shower room completes the ground floor. Four bedrooms on the first floor, two have en suite shoer rooms, one has a zip and link bed, the other two bedrooms have single beds. There is an additional family bathroom on the first floor with bath.
Nairn has a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops as well as two golf courses and fantastic large beach.
Guests have access to the entire property.
We are the booking agent for the owners and can be contacted at our office in Dingwall during the following hours Monday to Friday 9:30 - 17:00 prior to your arrival.
Prior to your arrival we will email guests a contact number for the property owner or local housekeeper for your use should you require any assistance during your stay.
All bed linen, towels (one hand towel and one bath towel per person), electricity, heating, Wi-Fi and starter pack of logs for the wood burners are included in the price.
You will be required to check in online via an email sent by Gael Holiday Homes (The Host). Key collection information will only be sent out after online check in is completed. Please ensure you done this at least 1 week prior to arrival.

Check-in time is 4PM - 10PM. Check out time is 10AM.
Although housekeeping staff will clean the property after you leave, we respectfully ask all guests to clean and put away any plates, cups, glasses, etc they have used during their stay.
