This 8-bedroom home makes for a spacious environment for your family to sprawl out and enjoy your OBX vacation. Surround yourself with lovely furnishings; enjoy open and airy rooms, a wonderful kitchen area with 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers, a game room with a pool table, and a separate den for extra seating or a little quiet time away from the main living area. The home is smoke-free, providing a clean and inviting space for your family to relax, and WiFi access is also available to help you keep in touch while away.

Splash away in the 18 x 36 private pool, or enjoy the rejuvenating steam while relaxing in the bubbling hot tub for 8. The private beach access is right outside your door; just stroll down the walkway and lounge around on the dune-top deck. Being so close to the beach makes it even more convenient for you and your family to carry your beach gear back and forth.

Located at Milepost 15.5 in the lovely community of the Village at Nags Head, Emerald Wave is conveniently located near fabulous shopping, beach shops, and locally owned and operated restaurants. A plethora of family-friendly entertainment like go-karts, mini-golf, and water sports rentals are also conveniently located well within driving distance of this home.

Emerald Wave is pet-friendly. There is an additional charge of $210 plus tax for guests bringing pets, which will be added and collected after booking. .

Please know that water is not automatically supplied for the water cooler in the dining area. Empty water jugs will, however, be available and can be taken to any store that fills them or swaps them out.

Emerald Wave includes credit for $315 in beach gear rentals from our partners at VayK Life. Stay between April 3rd and October 18th, 2026 (7-night minimum), and use your beach gear credit for items such as bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, paddleboards, and more!

Please know that Emerald Wave does not have a Village Beach Club membership, therefore, the community features cannot be used.

Emerald Wave is an event home and requires an event fee and security deposit. Rules and restrictions will apply for an event to be held on premises and prior approval must be granted. Layout:

Ground Level: Game room with a pool table, refrigerator and sink, bedroom with a queen and a bunk bed, bedroom with 2 bunk beds, shared full bath, washer/dryer in hall closet.

Mid Level: King en suite with private full bath and oceanfront deck access, 2 king bedrooms with oceanfront deck access, shared full bath, king bedroom with a Jack and Jill bath connecting to a bedroom with 2 twin beds, open den with seating, TV, and front deck access. The hot tub is located on the mid level deck.

Top Level: Expansive, open living area with ocean views and oceanfront deck access, open kitchen with a stand-alone ice maker, breakfast nook in kitchen with banquette, dining area with seating for 16+ people, half bath, king en suite with ocean views, jacuzzi tub, shower, and private bath.

Beach renourishment projects are scheduled to take place in Dare County in late spring through summer of 2026. Specifically, projects are planned to take place along the oceanfront in Nags Head, Buxton and Avon. More details will be provided as updates and plans are confirmed.
