The property was a bit undermanaged. The facilities needed TLC to bring it up to 5-star standards. Rooms were large and spacious, but the maintenance was lacking in all aspects.

This was my 3rd stay at this establishment in the last 6 months. On this particular trip, I enjoyed the faculty and all its amenities. The staff were very welcoming as they remembered whom I was from previous visits. Overall I would rate this experience a 4 of 5 due to a few hiccups. Room Cleaning Services, Dinning staff we very friendly and understanding. I chose to use the spa this time, unfortunately, my appointment was scheduled for 1pm they told me the didn’t have the room available at the time of my scheduled apt. So we rescheduled the apt until the next available slot that was available at 2 pm. Unfortunately, we were still not serviced until 2:40 pm. We were not even offered a discount or a percentage off for the inconvenience. The positive about the spa is that the actual Massages given were exceptional!! So tips were given accordingly. The workout area was utilized daily by me… no complaints. I had the opportunity to walk the entire facility this time. Very nice scenery. Dinning room was clean and welcoming. While eating my dinner however, I did observe several cockroaches roaming the floor. Unfortunately, one did crawl on me and I immediately told the staff. They were very comforting and vowed to handle it with spaying after services. Overall good experience.

Great stay!
We had a great visit! The place is clean and well cared for. We were only there for one night, but we would have happily stayed longer. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful visit!

We were charged as food bills Rs 1900+ for 3 additional Breakfast. We were 5 adults+ 3 Children 4,11 and 13 years. In morning nextday we had one guest with one chiled 7 years. What should be count for breakfast when the breakfast was complimentary .We were alloted 3 rooms 208,211 and 218, we didn't ask for extra bed or facility. I don't know about your policy about breakfast when it was included in Room tarrif.NOW JUST WANT TO KNOW IF I WAS BILLED FOR FOOD PROPERLY.WHEN I HAD MY BOOKING FOR 6 ADULTS AND FOR 6 BREAKFAST INCLUDED IN BOOKING. Couldn't use swiming pool in the evening when we reached ,due to specific swimwear not defined by your staff .However in same moment..two persons were in pool..with same garments which we had. The hotel couldn't provide the defined swimwear even if I wanted to buy and then use the pool. Kindly advise the pool attendent to have proper knowledge about the swimwear if he wants to advise. Hotel Staff took our passport pages picture on personal mobile phone. After asking, they changed phone and again took picture on another mobile which they named as Hotel's mobile. Hotel must scan passport pages on scanner instead staff starts clicking picture on personal or hotel's mobile phone

Old and Dilapidated Hotel.
We checked in to our first room and it was a Non Smocking Hotel. The room was having the smoking odour and the hotel personnel was embarrassed himself. Also all curtains were stained very badly and looked very old and unmaintained. We were given a 2nd room on being insistent, and the bed linen here had all stains. I decided to stay here since it was 2.00am a the checkin time. Further to this the TV wad white spots and it was not possible to see on it. The price being charged and the quality of service/ confirm and cleanliness is a disappointment. This property dilapidated. I checked out early morning. Not recommended to stay here.

Service right from arrival to departure was excellent. The staff was always available to address any and all needs to make our stay a total comfort. One issue about the rooms, could not open any windows, which made rooms too stuffy with no natural fresh air. Overall the service and hotel and in-house restaurant was excellent

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and the the amenities were good. My wife claimed she had the best message of her life. The problem is the quality of air control. There was a terrible musty smell in our room, which felt unhealthy. My feeling is that the staff don't notice it because they're used to it. However it is unhealthy to be breathing mold.

Nice place near the highway. Good for people on the road. The place is also very close to the airport. The service is good, hotel rooms are good but kind of showing their age. The food is decent but more tuned to foreign crowd.

The hotel seemed to be going through some renovation so there is smell of paint etc. The staff is dinning are is the best, very attentive and responsive. The access road to the hotel is not fully paved and feel like a dirt road.

Pathetic state of service
I had the misfortune of staying at the Le Meridien hotel on 31-December-2018. I have stayed at the hotel multiple times in the past. I knew that this was new year eve and expected that things may not be up to the mark like my previous visits. The first signs of my stay going wrong came when I received an email from the hotel directly which said the following. "We are holding a rooms under your name. It is mandatory to joining us for the party and the stay will be of family and friends. As it will a special evening, we will be holding Gala Dinner at our venues at a special package instead of normal menu. We have customized below package in case if you want to join us at the Venue for the special evening. · Buffet at INR 8260 AI inclusive per couple. With free flow of IMFL, mocktails, Juice and aerated beverages. · Kids between 06-12 years will be charged 1800 AI and 12-18 years will be 2200 AI." At this time I called them and asked them about mandatory part of the stay. had no interest in a party upon my arrival. I was told that the party and the exorbitant price was only for buffet and I was free to eat ala-carte and that would be OK. When I checked in, I was told I have to only eat room service. There was no menu in the room and they could get the menu after 5 calls from 5 PM to 9 PM. The bed was dirty, see the picture of pillow.
