Ideally set up for outside living, guests can relax in the shared fenced garden, enjoy the communal BBQ facilities, trampoline, table football and ping pong. There\'s also a private terrace with an outdoor dining area for lazy alfresco mealtimes.

The property is situated close to the banks of the river Sarca, just an 8-minute walk from the shores of Lake Garda and Spiaggia Lungolago. The location provides effortless access to the lake and its recreational activities, including swimming, sunbathing, and various water sports. For relaxation, the nearby Garda Thermae spa, which is a 12-minute walk from the accommodation. There are several restaurants within a 5-minute walk from the apartment and a supermarket within a 10-minute walk.

In Torbole (an 8-minute walk), guests can explore the town’s scenic waterfront promenade, colourful harbour, and historic Casa del Dazio (a 10-minute walk). Away from the water, the medieval village of Arco, famed for its climbing walls, castle ruins, and botanical gardens, is a 9-minute drive. There are also many hiking and mountain bike routes close by, including the panoramic hike, the Sentiero Busatte Tempesta, 6 minutes by car, or mountain bike routes through Monte Baldo and the Alto Garda Natural Park, which are a 25-minute drive away.
