Good family destination for relaxing pool time. Prices were fairly reasonable for fiji but suggest you get a food package with your holiday if you want to save money. Pros - staff are amazing. So friendly and always willing to help. - facilities were generally all really well kept with everything you need on site. - kids club was great. Our nanny was amazing and nothing was a bother for them. - lots of simple activities for kids - close to port for a day out sailing. Cons - most drinks served aren't kept in the fridge. They give you plenty of ice but not as good as having it cold to begin with. - pool bar was often under staffed. Would have to wait 20 minutes for a drink sometimes and happy hour it was even worse. Add more staff to the bar or better yet, have an online order app. - pool slide is fun for kids but it opens to an area that's fairly deep with no hand holds on the sides. I personally had to help other people's kids on 3 occasions as they were struggling to stay above water. They need a plastic railing along the side. - reminder that Denarau doesn't have a nice beach (buts it should be a given at this point) Overall, it was a great trip that could have been excellent if they tighten up a few things mentioned above.

The staff were excellent. We were to have a garden view room but had a view to a shed and storage yard, very disappointed. We book a year in advance and were not on food and beverage deals or special price.

The rooms are the Radisson are large and comfortable. Staff is excellent- so helpful and friendly. It is a very family friendly resort. Lots of children! Swimming around the resort was not desirable, but take a trip to other islands for swimming and snorkeling.

Radisson Blue was the perfect hotel to begin our honeymoon trip. The staff went above & beyond to help us and their service was impeccable throughout our stay. The hotel itself was absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed the adults only pool and restaurants. We will definitely be back

From the moment we arrived 6am till when checked out we were showered in happiness and love. Staff at this hotel love there job and it shows . Very clean .only neg lots of ants around the pool area . The bed was very hard on our backs . The spa services were really good. The ten pan Yaki very weak and way to salty

The advertising of the property versus what we got was different and neither Expedia nor Radisson took any accountability or responsibility to fix their error. Instead we had to pay additional for an upgrade that we needed as we have a small child and needed the room with a kitchen. The room had no lagoon view.

Very family friendly, kids (4 & almost 2) loved it. Food took very long to come out though, had to queue for breakfast almost every morning (one morning for more than 20mins). Staff very helpful.

Beautiful setting and extremely accommodating and friendly staff. On the downside if you are looking for peace and quiet you have come to the wrong place. The resort caters to families and children. The commotion starts at 8:00 and lasts till 21:00.

The reception staff were lovely and very warm and welcoming. The IT staff went above and beyond when my laptop keyboard had a meltdown with the humidity, when he loaned me an external keyboard for the night, which was much appreciated. The waiting staff at breakfast were also warm and welcoming. Two aspects generated a negative comment. Towels were left on sun loungers in the adult pool without anyone sitting there, obviously placed there by people wanting to hold the loungers for a later time. Our room was not serviced even though we had the "make up my room" sign on the door at 8am. In the end we phoned a 7pm and asked for our room to be made up, which they did.

A wonderful stay at the Raddison Blu. Rooms are great except the king bed mattress needed replacing. Staff were lovely & also willing to help. Only real downfall was the waiting in line to get into breakfast each morning.

The property is in excellent condition and the grounds are stunning. The gardens and pools were constantly being worked on to keep them well maintained. The staff were so friendly and helpful that we felt really welcomed. The front entrance is under going a remodel but it didn’t interfere one bit with our stay.

Radisson would be great for families with young children. Retired couples will not enjoy the loud music and noisy children in the pool all hours of the day. Adult pool is immediately adjacent to the family pool. The room complex surrounding the pool does not allow people to enjoy any quiet. Even with the doors and drapes pulled shut the noise of shouting kids is constant. We left after one night forfeiting our weeks charges since we paused non-refundable on Expedia. Live and learn

Our stay at Radisson was amazing. It just so happened to be that we were there for International Women’s day. Radisson had a beautiful celebration setup to honor female staffs and guests. Our overall stay was amazing. All the staffs were so friendly and welcoming. Tiki, at the breakfast table provided excellent service. We enjoyed Mala’s song during breakfast. Tanya demonstrated professionalism upon checking in. Manoa was so helpful to take our luggage to our room at late in the night. The Radisson staff sang a farewell song upon our checkout. The entire experience felt like we were welcomed and part of the Radisson family. My husband and I will always remember the kind smiles and welcoming hearts in Radisson during our stay.

They were fantastic with our kids, rooms were setup with one entrance for ours and kids room. So it was secure but we each had our own space. Would recommend to anyone travelling with or without family.

Great Week long Break in Fiji
This was the third time we've stayed her over the last 5-7 years. This time for 9 days. The hotel environs continue to improve. There were five main restaurant or eating options available during our stay as well as the breakfast buffet. We tried four of these, some more than once and all were very good: Italian Basilico : Really nice Italian restaurant that was temporarily;y set up along bech front while normal premises were being refurbished. Great ambiance and one of the best fish meals I've had for a while Lebanese: Ate here twice. Service and food were very good although second time we were disappointed that some items didn't match their menu description Thai Chantara: Good service, food and menu selection. Second time wasn't as good as the first but food was nice. Teppenyaki: This was really good. Good selection of food and good sized servings. Definitely worth the price. Good way to meet her people as well. Pools were very nice although on really hot days the water was very warm and didn't really cool you down. Lots o Ants in areas around pool that were both annoying and had painful bites.Pool service was OK but no food before midday was a pain. Biggest issue was that this hotel doesn't really have a casual breakfast option only the buffet although coffee is available in the reception bar from 6:00am Rooms and maid service were really good although our room had no views to speak of. Definitely would go back again.

Well at times staff comunication with info was lacking or confusing. In lunch dining by pool, birds on tables after people dine. Which was not for good eating environment.
