Good hotel med good facilities
I stayed here only for one night. Prior to this stay I happened to stay in one of the resorts in Denarau. I was surprised to find out the facilities available at this hotel and the price I paid. Wish I had stayed in this hotel for my entire stay in Nadi.

Based on Novotel reviews in Chandigarh, India and Melbourne, Australia I had booked the hotel in Nadi, Fiji. However, the amenities and services in the room provided were below expectations despite booking an Executive Room. 1. No proper lighting in the room. Only bedside lamps and making the room more gloomy. 2. The condition of the toilet and bathroom was horrible. Even though the cleaning was done on daily bases. Flush system was broken and water kept leaking. No shower caps available for females. The shower area and toilet area built poorly and water drainage wasn’t that great. The water used to overflow and had to be dried using towels. 3. I understand water bottles cost extra in the room, however, at least provide a jug of water how can someone fill a glass of water to drink from a washbasin where you wash hands after using toilet.

When we arrived we had asked for 2 queen beds, and they had one room with one double bed, , so we changed to another room, the staff were very helpful, but the room, the initial look was ok, but the toilet/ bathroom/shower was disgusting, ,mould up the walls, the room was 708, as i can't upload photos, i will describe what i saw, the corners in the bathrooms were full of dust and grime, there is a glass divide and on the edges is a bit of silicone, that was black and utterly disgusting, the bath was filthy and bit were flaking of the tub, around the tap, well i sure didn't want to use it, the room itself is very tired and dated, there is not wash sink in the bathroom, it was the kitchen sink, and 1 flannel for 2 people, the air conditioning is so loud you cant sleep, on our return, we had booked again to fly home, the room we had was a little better but had a doctors fridge, but cleaner than the other rooms, we would not go back nor recommend it,

I stayed one night at the hotel. It was raining during my stay and had the one of the boys working their take my bags to my room, which was very helpful. I enjoyed the dinner i had that night. Also the free buffet breakfast and the chef that makes the omelet for breakfast was soo lovely. All the staff are soo lovely and kind. Had the real fijian bula spirit 🙌 🤗😍

Older facilities, quiet hotel, not much happening. Staff are friendly, service is sub par. If you’re doing tours everyday and just needing a cheap hotel to sleep at it’s good. But if you want a hotel to chill at this is not the place for you. Much better hotels to choose from.

Good location as in 5mins away from the airport but the rest was downhill from there. Excellent staff, very warm, friendly and helpful but the hotel itself and rooms was terrible! It’s like the place hasn’t been renovated since it was built. Rooms smell damp and musty. The bathrooms wasn’t good. Cracked basin, bathroom and shower combo with black stains. Mini fridge and tea/coffee making facilities was in the bathroom which just didn’t feel hygienic. Walls are thin so you can hear all the noises from other rooms and guests. Didn’t seem like there was any curfew about noise pollution after 10pm. Wasn’t an enjoyable stay.

My overoll stay at novotel was just below average. I stay in room 212. Here are my dislikes There was zero availble powerpoints to plug in our personal devices. Upon entering the sliding door and mesh door was left open and we were greeted with a room of bugs. The lighting inside the room was terible and very dull, was really hard to get ready or even read a book. No cutlery or a jug in the room. The shower pressure was a 2/10. The knob for the shower is located very low and youll have to literally bend you back just to adjust the temperature. There is no lock on the bathroom door and is see through from the side. The parking closest to the room was muddy and soggy. Our luggage bags wheels were full of mud along with our shoes. The breakfast service was the only best experience ive had with the stay. For what ive paid it wasnt worth the stay and i dont see myself recommending novotel fiji to other friends and family. Thanks

Slow staff. Always on Fiji time. We stayed in executive suite and was suppose to get wine on arrival. Staff told us will deliver in room in 10 mins but no wine till we checked out. Had to remind. Pathetic service

We booked Novotel Hotel and experience is okay. Coz the toilet flushing switch not working properly and water continuously flowing and toilet flushing tank pressure is no good so we have to wait and flush couple of times. And shower pressure is also no good like dripping water. I tell receptionist second day that can someone come and fix toilet flushing problem! They said will do today and till 3 days know one come and fix. And we are leaving in next day Overall okay.

This property is very rundown and dated. There is nothing to do in the surrounding area. If you are waiting to transfer to an island property it would be much better to stay at a resort on Denarau Island.

Really tired hotel. Room had a odd smell, I could feel the springs through the mattress. This place needs a major Reno. I wouldn’t stay there again. The price and brand name was not reflective of the value. Staff were very lovely, I couldn’t fault them. It’s really just the rooms.

The property is looking a little tired and could do with an upgrade. Staff do a good job with regard to cleaning. Shame the 9 hole golf course was only 5 holes as 4 were out of action. However the staff were friendly and helpful and a pleasure to be around. Food was also lovely. Great location as close to airport and in walking distance of a shopping mall. Was a quiet place to stay even with its close proximity to traffic and shops. Enjoyed our stay.
