The Dollhouse is a beautifully furnished air conditioned retreat, fully equipped and ready for your magical Mystic adventure.

The space:
Charming restored Victorian walking distance to all that Mystic has to offer. 5 minute walk to downtown, 15 minute walk to the seaport and 1 block from the train station.

Enter the Dollhouse into a large entrance foyer with stairs leading up to the second floor bedrooms. Downstairs are a front parlor (office), Library (with games, echo dot, bose speaker and Television), dining room, kitchen (with television) and 1/2 bath. There is lovely covered porch with wicker rockers in the front of the house, and a deck of the kitchen with a fire pit and gas grill overlooking the fenced landscaped yard.

Yard is shared with guest cottage where host and her friendly little rescue dog stay.

Air conditioning is not consistent throughout the house. For example none in the kitchen and bathrooms. House was superficially, not thoroughly clean. Host was friendly and easy to communicate with (she stays is a small apt behind the house) but did not respond appropriately when heavy, block long sidewalk construction very negatively impacted our week long stay.

Lovely comfortable home, with antique charm but beautifully updated with thoughtful touches. It is great for families and pets, stocked with games, baby equipment, books, and small but comfortable outdoor space. The beds were comfortable and cozy and everything felt clean and nice. The location is fabulous and easily walkable to downtown and very close to all attractions. I highly recommend and hope to visit again.

wonderful place to stay - very quiet, great house, neighborhood and town. Lots of natural light. Easy walking to almost everywhere. Highly recommend staying there if you want to be close to Mystic area. Grocery and coffee shops close by.

Kerri is an amazing host and her home is gorgeous! She was available to answer questions at a moments notice and is so friendly; you can tell how much she loves welcoming people to Mystic. My family stayed here the weekend of my wedding and we immediately felt at home. If you want a beautiful place to stay walking distance to everything Mystic has to offer then look no further!

Mystic Perfection

I will attempt to be direct and clear....if you have the ability to stay in this house, don't look anywhere else, stay here. It is just that simple. Everything about this property approached perfection. Here's a quick list: Location to town, super comfortable bedrooms, cute and cozy back deck and back garden with propane fire, excellent kitchen with all you need to cook just about anything, 2 connecting sitting/living/family rooms that provide more than enough space for a group to comfortably spend time together, the fact that it is totally pet friendly (our dog enjoyed it as well) and last, and most important, super accommodating and helpful caretakers/owners. They were absolutely wonderful and made our stay fantastic. This was sort of a fall family reunion for us with our 3 adult children and their friends and was absolutely perfect. I would stay here over any other place in the area without question. Thanks Kerri for a truly wonderful weekend.

A Great Family Time in Lovely Mystic

We really enjoyed staying in this charming home. It had plenty of rooms for gathering, a kitchen that worked for family cooking, a dining table that seated 8, and comfortable bedrooms. We enjoyed the decor as well as its functionality. We could walk to many shops and to the Mystic drawbridge, which the two grandsons particularly enjoyed, along with the nearby ice cream shop. I highly recommend staying here.

Wedding Weekend!

We stayed at the dollhouse in Mystic for our daughter’s wedding weekend. Easily one of my best VRBO experiences!! Perfect space for bridal party morning prep and brunch. Host Kerri was just as kind and accommodating as can be, and very easy to communicate with. Every single last minute thing we needed to grab was within a mile or so of the house. Highly recommend this property and the hosts as well!!

Beautiful weekend

We came up as I was participating in the American Model Yacht Association national championship for East Coast 12 M. The house was beautifully decorated and had air conditioning as New England can be quite warm in early August. With the rear yard with elevated deck and closed in fence was great with our small dog. House is located within walking distance most attractions and many favorable restaurants.10 Stars!

Great Stay!

We had a great stay! The house is beautiful and very well cared for. Everything about the house was charming. The yard was perfect for our little dogs. Wonderful place to stay

Mystic on My Mind!

We had a great stay. Lovely front porch and back deck. Plenty of conversation areas, a great dining room, air conditioning was great on our very warm days and the house was very well equipped. Also about a five minute walk to downtown Mystic! Will gladly return!

Mystic Long-Weekend

We spent a long weekend here and had a great time. The house had everything we needed and was very nicely decorated. The room with trundle bed was perfect for kids. Owners were friendly and accommodating. The best part was the location close to town. It was really nice being able to walk and not have to worry about parking. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great place to stay to enjoy all that Mystic has to offer. We will be back!

The Doll House

Beautiful Victorian house walking distance to downtown Mystic. We had a blast on our trip! Lots of bedrooms to sleep 7 adults and an infant comfortably. House had everything we needed. The deck in the back looks over the garden that was very well kept. We spent evenings out on the deck. Kerri was outstanding! Communication instantly. Left a bottle of champagne in the fridge on arrival. It was my mother in laws 60th birthday and Kerri went out of her way and provided high end chocolates for her.

The perfect stay

We absolutely loved the Dollhouse. My husband and I ‘eloped’ in Mystic with an intimate group and this was the perfect place to stay. The house was the perfect size for us and the location is right in walking distance of downtown. Kerri was an amazing host as well (the best I’ve experienced so far!).

Great place in Mystic

We loved the house. The location is perfect. We have stayed a few places in Mystic, and this is our favorite. The bedrooms are comfortable. There is a lot of room downstairs to hang out with the family. The kitchen was just right for a family meal. We are in the dining room and outside on the lovely deck. The place is even better than the pictures. Don’t hesitate! The host is lovely and helpful. A 5 star stay!!
