i didnt enjoy going into a construction zone, i would have stayed elsewhere. breakfast in a bag is also not my idea of breakfast. having to make coffee in my room. not fun. the price should have been a lot lower for dealing with this. the room itself was ok but something was wrong with heater and made noise all night, so of course no sleep. hopefully when they are done with this mess, it will be worth the money but not now!

So we did not know the facility was under construction and there was lots of noise when we arrived. Staff was very accomodating. We had kids running down the hall way and slamming doors between 1 and 3 am disrupting our sleep. We had just come back from a funeral and we were very tired. Dissapointed to see this facility was under construction we would have chosen another place and paid full price. No hairdryer in the room. Called the desk and they did send someone up. Room was clean no complaints.

The service wasnt bad , she was very polite and helpful but there was construction and remodeling happing inside the hotel, i have a 9 month old that doesnt like loud noises so it was very uncomfortable for him. The room has trash already in the room, the window was broken the sash fell when we tried opening the window. Again the services was not bad but the In convenience call everything else sucks. Also its a outdoor pool. Just incase anyone else wanted to go fall-spring

Great place to stay if you’re gambling or watching a show at Foxwoods.15 -20 minutes away bring your sport bike or car . Great windy road , or take the other road if you want. Save money on the room so you can blow it gambling

Poor experience
Our stay was sadly not enjoyable. We have stayed here before but this time we were unable to enjoy some of the updates. The walkway was ice and snow and my children were unable to walk safely into the hotel. After coming back from a nice evening we were kept away with neighbors who were EXTREMELY LOUD. Their language was offensive to my wife and children. The walls made it seem that their vulgar conversations we in the same room. I had to call the front desk as these guests kept my children up throughout the night. Upon waking up and walking to the bathroom I stepped on what I thought was dirt but turned out to be ants. They were coming from the wall and across the floor. I told the gentleman at the desk when we checked out and his words were “ok. Thank you”. I am not sure if he understood the poor experience we had during our stay.

The one thing I didn't like is WiFi was available, but only on a non secure public forum and no Internet was available. I could access WiFi on my phone but did not have any access on my laptop. Free breakfast had limited, but adequate choices. The rest of the facility appeared clean. I didn't utilize the excersize room and the pool is closed for the season.

There were wood chips under the fitted sheet, the room keys wouldn’t work every time we came back to the room and had to go get them re done. Just not a great hotel but for the price I paid I guess you get what you pay for.

They are remodeling the hotel and the changes are very nice. Rates are usually a reasonable and they are close to the casinos. They are also pet friendly which I appreciate. The staff is friendly and helpful and the free coffee 24/7 is also nice. I did get locked out of my room (key card no longer worked) when I was loading my car to leave (had to make two trips and found myself locked out after the first trip). Key cards should work until check out time and it was only like 10:15. Also the vending machine they have does not work and there are not any options to get snacks or something to drink (you should bring your own food). Those two things would be my only minor complaints, but I would stay here again.

This place was very uncomfortable to stay at during my 4 day stay. They are currently doing construction on the other 2 floors so there’s a lot of construction workers hanging around and making noise early in the morning. There was a guest who had two dogs and the dogs barked all night. There is also guest who actually live there so they kinda roam the halls which also is a safety hazard for young women who stay here.

One Night Getaway
We were in the area for a concert at Foxwoods, which was not far from Quality Inn. We were very happy with the room and the hotel. One small issue that arose, that was not the hotel's fault, was that there was a sick coughing child in an adjoining room. We didn't sleep well as a result. But, we won't hesitate to visit this hotel again.

The rooms are always clean. The sheets smell clean and are very soft. The mattresses are on the harder side but good. Great staff. Very clean facility. The only down side is the continental breakfast went downhill. No more eggs and sausages. Only waffles, some cereal. The orange juice machine is out of order. The ice machine on the 1st floors been out of order for many months. Other than those slight inconveniences, it is a very good stay for the money. If you want a safe, clean place to sleep only, its perfect

New Remodel- Pleasantly Surprised
We stayed here last year for a cheer competition in the area, and had a bad experience with the rooms old, dated, smelled like cigarette smoke. I didn't realize when I booked again this year I booked the same hotel-had I realized I never would have stayed here again. Upon check in I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel was remodeled. The rooms were much nicer. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent for a quick grab and go. I would recommend for a few night stay. Clean, easy on and off the highway, close to mysic village, and foxwoods.

We unfortunately found ourselves across from two families with no regard for anyone but themselves. Both rooms traveling together let the doors slam, talked loud in the hall moving in and out of their rooms and made little change when we spoke. It is difficult to ensure guests are courteous and the hotel can only do so much with guests such as these families.
