Stay was average. It would have been better if they maintain pool with normal temperature water and change of sheets and towels after 2 days as agreed while checkin. Only towels were given after we asked for it. Hence suggest guests to carry spare towels.

Great place to stay on The Great Alpine Rd. It’s a shame the restaurants within the town are only open Wed -Sun so be mindful of this if choosing to stay on other days. Luckily the Vietnamese street food was delicious and fresh

Kylie was great at check in. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was modern with big walk in shower. Easy access to cycling path and located next to Clib Savoy.

Ok stay, glad it was only 2 nights… Had a family room , very squishy with 4 people… (2growing boys and us) Had to do any washing up in the bathroom basin! Not good!…. Pool has a nice area to relax in….

TV remote was hopeless to use due to age, everything is starting to look tired after a revamp a decade ago. But outdoor areas are very welcoming on a hot day with swimming pool and BBQ area excellent.

Stay was good but only 3 channels worked on the tv and pool was broken we were really looking forward to a nice swim.wish they had of told me eatlier on that it was broken.however they were kind enough to calll me to see when we were arriving and turned on the aircon for us

Worth every cent. Would highly recommend
It was a nice place for an overnight or a couple of nights space. The place was clean and had everything that you needed. The receptionist was extremely nice and very kind and helpful.

Our hotel stay was met with a smile and a much needed helping hand. Kylie was very obliging and her willingness to assist us with our needs was greatly appreciated. The room was clean, with comfortable amenities. The pool was spotless and bonus feature! We will be back!

This is not a 5 star motel however it had everything we required for our stay. It was clean, quiet,comfortable beds, air con. Outside there was a small swimming pool, BBQ and lawn. I would be happy to stay there again.

Loved the quiet location, hostess very welcoming, extremely clean and comfotable, almost directly opposite start point for Ovens River Trail Parkrun - only a 2 minute walk. Thoroughly Recommendation it as a Place to stay.

Had issues with our smoke alarm in our room, shower leaked a lot as there is no screen so floor towels were always drenched. Issues with the TV not turning on, we even changed the batteries to see if that helped. We stayed for 4 nights, nowhere to wash our dishes in our room, ran out of toilet paper so we supplied our own, no room service to tidy up. We moved the beds around and joined the single bed to our bed as the bed was far too small, It wasn’t the worst, but it also wasn’t the best.

A great base for our riding adventure. Rail trail directly outside the door. Beautiful countryside and quiet backroads. Motel was new and clean and fantastic value. Highly recommended. Ps easy drive to Bright and Beechworth both worth a visit. Wineries, great food and coffee all around

The property was clean and our welcome was friendly. Sadly the extra bed was a single and too small for an adult and the television remote did not work. The heater made a terrible noise and we only got three or four hours sleep.

Very good. Was clean, warm (heater turned in prior to arrival. Some places don’t do this), excellent shower pressure and hot water. Very comfortable bed and pillows. All at an excellent price.

Lovely bright, clean room. Excellent shower. Plenty of hot water and water pressure. Partly-undercover car parking outside room was helpful when loading up prior to departure in rain. Only gripe was the old TV with only standard definition tuner. No HD or 'extra' channels could be viewed. I would happily stay again.

Our flight was changed and delayed at the very last moment. This made it necessary to arrive late at night. We were then told that arriving late at night at this motel was ‘unacceptable’ - due to risk of us causing noise - and that we should find alternative accommodation - that’s literally at the 11th hour, just before getting on a plane to Melbourne! Crazy stuff and why? People who choose to stay in off-the-highway cheap motels surely must expect some noise. Every unit at this motel has a separate door. It took a lot of convincing for them (the motel staff) to finally allow us to stay. Get on with the times, this is the 21st century. They said next time they would not be making such exceptions for us. Well rest assured there will NOT be next time, we’ll avoid this unfriendly motel like a plague. Incidentally, we got woken up in the early hours of the morning by bogans from other units slamming car doors… Why not ban them also, then you’ll have no guests at all - and no noise at all, just the way you seem to like it… It is unacceptable for them to give us such hard time. Inflexible and unhelpful .
