The flooring throughout this condo is LV Plank, and perfect for your vacation life at the beach. The bedroom 1 also has floor to ceiling windows and a view of the ocean. This bedroom has a king bed and private bath with tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed with singles. The 2nd bath is in the hallway and also has a tub/shower combination. Both bathrooms are remodeled and updated with new vanity and sink with Shiplap backsplash, and tub has a tile surround. Amenities include a covered parking space, and a ground level storage closet for storing your beach chairs and boogie boards. You'll enjoy your beach vacation in this beautiful unit!

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
