The Palace Resort offers excellent amenities, including oceanfront pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, and easy beach access just steps from your door. Centrally located along the Grand Strand, you’re close to shopping, dining, golf, entertainment, and popular Myrtle Beach attractions.

🔑 Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In: After 4:00 PM

Check-Out: By 10:00 AM

Early check-in/late check-out may be available upon request (subject to approval and fees).

Please return all keys, remotes, and parking passes before departure — replacement fees apply.

🚭 Smoking, Vaping & Substances

No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the property (including balconies).

A $300 cleaning fee will be charged for any smoke odor or residue.

No illegal substances or activities are permitted on the property.

🐾 Pets

Pets are not allowed unless specifically approved in advance.

If approved, a non-refundable pet fee applies and guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

🎉 Parties & Events

Absolutely no parties or large gatherings.

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

Respect neighbors and HOA/community rules. Excessive noise, nuisance, or complaints may result in immediate removal without refund.

🧺 Cleanliness & Maintenance

Please treat the home as your own — clean up spills and messes promptly.

Place trash in designated bins or dumpsters.

Report any damages or maintenance issues immediately so we can address them quickly.

No glitter, confetti, or candles (except birthday candles).

🚗 Parking

Park only in designated spaces. Do not block driveways, fire lanes, or other units.

Display provided parking passes if applicable — lost passes may incur a replacement fee.

💧 Appliances & Utilities

Turn off lights, A/C, and electronics when not in use.

Do not tamper with thermostats, circuit breakers, smoke detectors, or pool equipment.

Use only the supplied makeup towels to avoid staining linens.

🏖️ Pool / Beach / Amenities (if applicable)

Use all amenities at your own risk.

Children must be supervised at all times.

Follow posted pool rules and rinse off sand before entering the property.

🛏️ Before You Check Out

Wash used dishes or load the dishwasher and start the cycle.

Place used towels in the bathtub.

Take out trash to the designated bin.

Double-check for personal items.

Lock all doors and windows.

The host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost belongings.

Violation of these rules may result in additional charges or immediate eviction without refund.

Any damage or missing items will be charged to the guest’s account.
