The property was absolutely disgusting. We arrived at 3:15 and check in was at 4. We thought we would see if we could check in early.... the girl at the front desk was on her phone and bothered that we asked to check in. She took our number and gave us a parking pass. And said that they were fully booked the night before. We left and 20 minutes later received a call that our room was ready. We went back immediately so our room wasn't given away. Checked in and waited 15 minutes for an elevator. Arrived in our room and it was even worse. There was mouse poop on our bed... that they had just cleaned and made?! Plus a huge stain in the middle of the sheets. The table outside had black mold on it and everything in the room was disgusting. It didn't feel safe at all and I didn't feel comfortable staying there. The parking garage was also full of trash and just dirty. They didn't have any rooms to move us to as they were sold out. We left and thankfully found another hotel to stay in that was clean and safe.

The property was run down.... the kitchen did not have any equipment for cooking and the construction next door to me... when they finished for the day they used leaf blower to blow their dirty into my unit.... also I have yet to receive my security deposit back and refund for unused days

Upon checking into our room, the front desk person was very courteous and nice to talk to. However, when we got to our room, the air quality was not good. It was very stuffy and almost made my wife have a bad asthma attack. The a/c unit was malfunctioning, as i could not adjust the temperature and the floor was not clean. When i went to get something from the car and talk to front desk, the door handle popped off and made it very difficult to exit the room. I explained the circumstances to front desk and they helped us by moving to a different room, which was next door so i didn’t have to move far. Unfortunately, the new room didn’t come with a microwave or a full sized fridge as described or like the first room. The next morning, front desk helped us out again by getting maintenance to bring us our missing appliances. So all in all, it was a fun stay, but they couldve been much cleaner and better prepared.

Unfortunately, there was blood on the curtains, dirty linen left on top of the shower with someone’s pubic hair all over it, condoms in the pool and cups with fruit left in the hot tub.. the staff was friendly for the most part though and the ocean view was beautiful.

The balcony was small but nice for two people. The floors were extremely sticky & had lots of sand on bottom of your feet before you even made it to beach. This location was in middle of renovations so some things were limited or non existence. The front staff was pleasant when checking in and out. There was a dog barking several times thru day & night with several kids running up & down hallways slamming doors. Bed is very uncomfortable & worn out but parking area was decent & easy access to beach/water.

Room was still dirty.Hair still in shower and countertop.There was no cooking pots or pans. The refrigerator was basically a freezer it froze most of the things we put in it. The. Carpet was coming up at the edge of kitchen .old key cards still left in the floor from previous person.

This property was just okay. The TV was not easy to operate, no vent fan in restroom, and the mattress on bed was not even. I probably won't be staying here again.

The property was nice but we did get charge a resort fee and assumed we were at least going to come back to our beds made for us but it was near like remade unlike most hotels. I tried calling the front desk for extra towels and no one ever answered so I had to go to the front myself

Informed staff television was broke(screen was cracked with no picture)We stayed 3 nights so asked about the TV the next day. No one seemed to care enough to try to resolve it so I never mentioned the broken hair dryer and coffee pot that did not work. We did get clean towels when we asked for them so I am thankful for that.

They had no communication. I called to have the room cleaned and no one came. Had to call and tell them there was blood on the sheets before someone came to change them. That was five days after we got there. Then I went down to desk to ask them to clean the sheets and room. No one came. So I called and they said I didn't require the room to be cleaned. That's not true. There was blood on the floor since the second day we were there. I washed it up two times. The property was nice. But the gym was close as the breakfast room was closed also. Disappointed.

Love the convenience of this property being right on the beach. I did not like the fact that the property is outdated. Could definitely use some renovations. The corners of the chairs and the walls have dust. It has a worn look to all the furniture but the actual sheets and towels were clean.

When booking, this hotel looked amazing! The rooms were updated and clean. But when I came into my room, it was a complete shock to how different it looked in person versus online. There was rust everywhere(on lamps, shelves, etc). The floor was inflating. Plus my room key card barely worked, it very difficult to get into the room and even when it would light up green, it still wouldn’t open. I took pictures to make sure I had evidence to show them how much of a disappointment the room was.

The location and ocean view was excellent! The overall accomodations just need some TLC, building is showing it's age and needs to remodel the rooms. We had several issues within the room but the major ones were handled immediately (no power in room). I advised the front desk representative the one dresser drawer was broken and the head board.

The only positive experience was the staff was very friendly. I encountered multiple people and they were available and they helped. Also the heated pool was extremely hot. So Yes they had a heated pool but more like a boiling pot for lobsters. The maintenance man looked at it and agreed that the water was way too hot and lowered the temperature. The building is very old. The room is very dirty. I had an article fall under the bed and when I looked underneath to get it, it was completely disgusting. The floors in the room wasn’t clean. The room was advertised as having a kitchenette. It had a microwave and a refrigerator. There once was a stove bc there was a plug and a hole in the floor where it once was. The railing was a little shaky. The building was crumbling when we looked up from the pool and realized it was our room where it was cracked, we didn’t spend a lot of time on the balcony. When the AC came on it smelled like weed. I would not recommend staying here.

The most annoying thing about our stay was that our key cards stopped working several times a day. Very frustrating and inconvenient. The little tiki hut has reasonable prices until they slam you with additional charges. We had to change our first room because it was just gross. Second room was fine, but just fine. No soap… only shampoo n lotion. Staff was very nice and helpful. Location is far from boardwalk and attractions so be prepared to drive everywhere. We did enjoy our stay and relaxing by the pools and ocean. If you want quiet go down by lazy river.

The overall experience was ok. I enjoyed the view, room size, and location. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everyone was very pleasant. The property is dated and the maintenance people played loud music in front of our door. The indoor pool area does not look clean. I would not stay again.
