Enjoy the ocean views from your large balcony on the 6th floor. The sights and sounds of the crashing waves from the balcony are so relaxing. Forest Dunes is on CABANA ROW of the Golden Mile, the quieter area of Myrtle Beach which is perfect for beaching, shelling, walking and relaxing.

The living room wall has a thirteen-foot-wide window/slider combination, which overlooks the ocean and coastline. At night, enjoy watching the changing lights on the large Ferris Wheel, down the coast, or catch the reflection of the moon on the ocean. There is a 55-inch SMART TV, and a blu-ray player.

Snuggle in the comfy King-size, pillow top mattress in the master bedroom with the new modern country style bedroom set.

Enjoy preparing meals in the beautiful full kitchen, complete with a stainless-steel dishwasher, range, microwave, and fridge, as you look out over the ocean. There is an ample supply of pots, pans, dishes, silverware, wine goblets, knives, utensils, etc. There is a Keurig, drip coffee maker, blender, crock-pot and toaster.

This condo is about 200 square feet bigger than most of the other one-bedroom ocean-view condos offered in Myrtle Beach.

Enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine on the large balcony that overlooks the ocean, and shoreline. There is a bar height table and 2 bar height chairs on the balcony.

Grab a meal or a snack at the on-site restaurant, Buckets.

The entire Forest Dunes Condo complex, including our unit, is totally smoke-free! This includes the balconies, walkways, etc. No stale, second-hand smoke!

We supply bed linens, bath towels, four beach towels, 2 beach chairs, liquid hand soap, a few starter rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, coffee filters, a kitchen sponge, dishwasher and liquid dish-washing detergent, and trash bags.

We happily offer our condo to couples or small families who enjoy a high-quality rental, and who will treat our condo well.

The condo was beautiful and lots of amenities. The hostess was very friendly and quick to respond to any texts. The bed was comfy and the shower had great pressure. The balcony was our favorite. The view was perfect and now I’m on a search to find the chairs and table that are on the balcony . Quick access to the beach which is always a plus. Definitely would stay here again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful condo! It was spotless, comfortable, and has such a warm, homey feeling. Everything we could possibly need was thoughtfully provided--from fully stocked kitchen to little extras & the forget me nots. We love all the amenities, that the condo provides, laundry, pool, Jacquizz, & downstairs bar/restaurant. The best part of staying here is the beautiful view, we enjoyed a peaceful relaxing weekend watching the sunrise. I cannot say enough about Polly, she is wonderful and made sure our stay was smooth from start to finish. We cannot wait to come back! Year after year, it never disappoints!!

This was one of the best places we have stayed. The area was quiet but still close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The ice maker and Keurig were great additions! The air conditioner was one of the best we have ever encountered in our vacation stays. Polly had just about everything that you needed for your stay. We really appreciated the extra toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, beach towels and beach chairs etc. You will need to bring more towels and wash cloths if you’re staying for a while. (Four towels and three washcloths were provided). You do have to walk across the street to get to the beach but it’s not far at all. We loved the balcony and spent a lot of down time there. The only thing that I will do differently when I stay again would be to bring something to add to the sleeper sofa because it was not comfortable. But, when are they comfortable? We are already thinking about our next stay here! Thank you Polly!!

Property was exactly as depicted in VRBO listing. Kitchen was well equipped. Only negatives are the lamps in the bedroom that did not work. Without them there was no light source in that room. The bulbs were burned out, and the bedroom lamps would not accommodate any of the bulbs from the other lamps in the unit.

Our room was exactly how the pictures looked, very clean and the forest dunes is a great resort. In my opinion, this section of Myrtle Beach is the nicest in the Grand strand. Great beach with almost no crowds. I highly recommend this building and room!

Cute place! Great view. Appreciated the xtra half bathroom. Place is a bit beach worn. Mattress needs replaced. Beach chairs also need replaced. But over all nice place and had a good stay! Had everything we needed. Liked that there was a real coffee maker and not a Keurig.

Had such an amazing stay here! Everything was perfect. The unit was adorable, clean, and exactly as described in the listing. This was my third year coming to Myrtle Beach, and I really appreciated how this location was quiet, but still close enough to everything. The building itself was also clean, the pools and lazy river were great and never over crowded. It was nice having the little bar/restaurant downstairs as well. Would absolutely stay here again! Host was very responsive as well.

Salt Water Therapy

Great location. Condo was clean and wonderfully appointed. Bed VERY comfortable. Covered parking was a plus as was the bar/restaurant by pools. Spent considerable time on the balcony. Basket of bathroom toiletries and seasonings in kitchen were both really handy. Host was so friendly and helpful with questions about where to eat nearby. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Cozy Condo Home Away from Home!

This is our 3rd time staying at this beautiful condo for our Anniversary! We love the spectacular view, the location, amenities, and the restaurant below. Great location! The unit was well equipped for our needs. The one drawback was that there was no Washer/dryer in the unit and we really could’ve used more clean towels for the three of us. There is a washer/dryer downstairs for use for the building. The couch bed mattress and bedroom mattress have outlived their life expectancy.

Anniversary Getaway

Beautiful condo in an amazing location! Kind host and super clean property…stocked with anything you’d ever need, even a little ice maker! The view from the balcony was gorgeous and we saw fireworks on the beach several nights while we were there. We couldn’t recommend this property enough! ❤️

It is nicely decorated and had everything we needed, except I couldn't find scissors. Love watching the fireworks on the ocean way down the grand strand. The slider grooves were nasty dirty.

Our host Polly was amazing to work with, and had a beautiful place that’s perfect for a couple looking for a getaway or to unwind .. everything needed is there (& great quality) all you need is groceries / beverages and your personal stuff and your set !! (Tip for those who fly & don’t have a car … use InstaCart to deliver your groceries!) Thank you again Polly for great communication- we will be back !
