  • Dette 4-roms suite i 7. etasje er ved havet og tilbyr en spektakulær utsikt over det blå Atlanterhavet. Denne leiligheten har to master soverom, begge med king senger, ett med utgang til stor havet balkong og en stor mester bad m / granitt benkeplater, dobbel forfengelighet, et stort boblebad, separat dusj og en walk-in closet samt som fliser på gulv; mens den andre har et romslig bad med egen privat havet balkong og egen inngang til leiligheten. Den tredje rommet har to enkeltsenger som kan konverteres til en konge, og den fjerde rom med to dobbeltsenger, sammen med to bad. Stuen har en queen size sovesofa, flatskjerm-TV, full størrelse vaskemaskin og tørketrommel, og fullt utstyrt kjøkken med granitt benkeplater, denne leiligheten skaper et stort og romslig opphold for deg og dine gjester.

    Anlegget ligger i hjertet av Grand Strand i en ganske familie orientert delen av stranden. Cypress Room er en prisvinnende stedet-restaurant som serverer frokost og middag hver dag med lunsj alternativer er tilgjengelige på terrassen og i bassengbaren i løpet av sommermånedene. På stedet finner du innendørs og utendørs basseng kompleks som inkluderer en doven elv, tre bassenger, spa, plaskebasseng, og fossen / fjellformasjoner med utsikt over stranden sammen med et treningssenter og soling plenen.

Only set back was the hotel does not allow you to use their luggage racks to take all your stuff up to the too, so if you have. Beach wagon it might come in handy for that too.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were in general very pleased with our experience. One notable exception was that the Island Vista building was managed by a different group from the one we rented the specific unit from as a result, we were often told by the resort stay off that we were “off unit” and as such, were not eligible for certain amenities. This became very problematic when there was no access to bellboys or luggage racks.

Spacious condo for families

We have always stayed in a 3 bedroom condo and have rented from other companies. We needed a 4 bedroom condo this year and were happy to find one available through Luxury Beach Rentals. We were very happy with the 4 bedroom condo and would rent it again, but there were things that need some repairing and attention. My husband and I stayed in the bedroom that can also be rented as a single unit. This particular room did not seem to be as clean and as well maintained as the rest of the condo. Our shower curtain had a great deal of mildew on it. The cleaning crew should have never left it in this condition. We cleaned it with cleaning wipes that we brought along and it came right off. It would have only taken a cleaning crew about 5 minutes to take care of the problem. The room has its own ac unit and is not controlled by the unit that controls the rest of the condo. There was mold on the vents and again, we had to clean it ourselves with the cleaning wipes. There were a few spots of what appeared to be blood on the duvet cover and the duvet itself needs some attention as it is very "lumpy" and uneven. This room just didn't seem to be "up to par" as the rest of the condo was. It is a very spacious condo and was very well equipped with towels and washcloths, and the kitchen was very nicely stocked. We would definitely rent it again, but would feel a little better about the rental price if these small inconveniences could be addressed.

Pool area was very nice as was the beach. We enjoyed the Tiki Bar and having pizza delivered to our unit on the night we arrived was nice (we didn't have to go out after driving all day). I would say that parking was very tight and there are no luggage carts for you to use upon your arrival. You have to carry everything to your unit in your arms. Overall, a good time was had by all and the condo met our expectations.

The posting for these activities were posted in the elevators were the kids could read about them. The front desk stated you chose not to participate. Very disappointing for the kids. Found a beach towel under the sheets of one of the beds, were the sheets changed?

UNHAPPY CAMPERS!!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First and foremost, Island Vista does not feel "contractually obligated" to provide bell service. Nor do they provide linens or towels. In other words, you are completely on your own by renting from anyone other than Island Vista directly. The heater/A/C unit in #720 didn't work, the phones weren't connected to Island Vista, the TV in the master bedroom had nothing but snow on it, and we found a cockroach as we were packing out! I've sent emails to Red Awning and to Luxury Beach Rentals detailing our complaints, but no response! Oh, and the Island Vista staff assured us that if we had booked directly thru them we could have gotten all the services AND paid far less!! Oh, and we're not from "emeryville" wherever that is.

Tons of space and all the amenities were great. Except we couldn't use the gym. Apparently you need a special key which we didn't get. We had to take out our own trash though since 9:00 on Sunday is too early for maintenance to do it and we didn't want to leave it.
