Our resort condominium complex is nestled in the highly sought-after Shore Drive area in northern Myrtle Beach, offering easy access to premier shopping and entertainment venues such as Tanger Outlets, Pirates Voyage, and The Carolina Opry. Barefoot Landing is also just a quick 10-minute drive away. Phase 3 of A Place at The Beach is conveniently located beside the world-famous Ocean Annie's Beach Club.

Our A Place at The Beach condos include Oceanfront, Oceanview, and Second Row units, all professionally managed by Booe Realty. These accommodations feature 2 bedrooms with either 1.5 or 2 baths. Each condo boasts spacious living areas, dining spaces, fully equipped kitchens, and a private balcony.

Within the resort complex, you'll find swimming pools, sun decks, a grilling area, and direct beach access. Coin-operated washer and dryer facilities are available in each building. Please note that A Place at The Beach has a no-pets and no-motorcycles policy.

For your peace of mind, Booe Realty offers travel insurance through Red Sky Travel Insurance and includes a Limited Accidental Damage Waiver at check-in.
