Newly Renovated Beachfront Oasis.

Beachfront premium corner unit on 7th floor with unobstructed ocean views, completely renovated, yet offers a cozy, welcoming feel. Spacious Master bedroom with King sized bed. There is an additional murphy bed (Full) as well as a sofa bed (Queen), a gas fireplace to accommodate winter travelers, in unit washer/dryer and a fully stocked kitchen. The complex offers resort like amenities such as indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, an indoor kiddie pool, outdoor showers, fitness center, high speed internet, Wi-Fi and is DOG friendly. On site Dog Spa.

The place was no as described and filthy. We contacted the host and after several texts the host agreed to refund our money. He said he would take care of the refund, but when I called the executive office they had no knowledge of the conversations between the host and myself. Once photos were viewed VRBO agreed to refund our money. The description claimed to have been recently painted and renovated. In fact the place had been renovated, but not recently as the paint was chipped, every filter was clogged with dust and hair, and the ventilation system was moldy. Overall the stay was a huge disappointment.

The check in process is easy. The staff at the front desk were always friendly. The door to the until definitely could use a dead bold for security. There are two elevators, which are rather slow but manageable since we were not in a rush to go anywhere. The location to beach is nice and the unit is located at the end of the hall so there was not a lot of noice from other travelers walking by. The balcony is amazing for watching the sunrise. The condo itself was not what we expected. Some of the furnishings need replaced, specifically the bed and couch. The bed has foam mattress on top of the it and couch cushion is worn and very uncomfortable we could hear the springs pop every time we sat on it. The cleanliness could have been better. There were food crumbs in most of the cabinets and drawers and also some of the bowls and plates had crusty food on them. Which meant I had to hand wash everything before using them since there is not a dishwasher. The pots and pans were scratched and not something I would cook with (we chose to go and buy our own). Additionally, it would be nice if the kitchen had mixing bowls and a baking dish.

9/2/25-9/8/25. Overall a fantastic unit at user friendly, dog friendly Ocean Park facility. Condo was as advertised. Very clean condo on the beachfront. Lots of amenities including beach supplies in the bedroom closet. Easy access to parking and lots of "grassy areas" for dog walking. Check in was easy. Beach view was special with incredible sun rises. Host/hostess were quick to respond prior to booking and in the details of check in, check out. We had no reason to contact while there as everything was as advertised and we had no complaints or concerns.

We loved the cozy, homey feel of the condo. The check-in and check-out process was so easy. Loved the dog friendliness of the whole complex. We love being that close to the ocean. It’s quiet and far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk. Would stay here again!

4th of July vacay

The condo was nice w bright beach colors. Best water pressure of anywhere we’ve stayed ( almost too strong) there was plenty of kitchen things if you like to cook while on vacay. The ac worked great as it was quite hot and the bed was super soft and comfy. Great view and nice enough pool. Will definitely book again.

Amazing Stay!

Our family loved this condo; it was perfect! It looked exactly like the photos, was very clean, and the hosts were great! We loved the location and all the amenities of the resort as well. We had an amazing family vacation and would absolutely stay here again!

Made bike week bearable!

Room was perfect for view, accessibility and amenities. Beach access was close, and could see entire length of shoreline from the balcony. Bed was super comfortable and we fell asleep at once every night despite the occasional rumble of motorcycles on road out front. Would return next time we visit Myrtle Beach

Beautiful Views

We loved this condo and the location. It was perfect for my mom and I and being pet friendly is so important. Everything was exactly as described and we especially loved the oceanfront balcony. Would absolutely rent this condo again!

Spring Break

Wow!!! My wife and I arrived around 8:30 PM and the view from night time was beautiful. But, when we woke up the next morning, the view was gorgeous. Very clean unit. Wonderful little get away with amazing views

We really enjoyed our short stay here. The Condo looked like the photos so we were not disappointed. Was very clean and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. The bed was comfy and there were extra blankets in the closet for using on the balcony because it was chilly during our trip. The view was amazing from the balcony and there was plenty of parking. We did not need the staff at the resort, but they were all very friendly. There was a strong smell of THC/CBD out in the hallway, but we could not smell it in our condo. I believe 80 percent of the population vapes CBD/THC based on how much I smelled while we were at Myrtle Beach. Our only wish would be that the door had a deadbolt on it. The door didn't make you feel very secure as my hubby said you could easily push in and it would open even while locked. He placed chairs in front of it at night just in case. Of course, we survived with no deadbolt and had no break ins so all was good! Will be back when we have a longer stretch and the weather is warmer. Wonderful place to stay. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful condo. We loved it!

Perfect for us!

This location was perfect for us and had so many conveniences. This is the first time I have used a privately owned property. The condo was very clean when we arrived. The entire building is very pet friendly and that was appreciated. The condo was stocked with most things we needed, so we could’ve left a lot at home! They even had beach toys for the kiddos. Thank you again!

September is AMAZING Beach Weather

Property is as advertised and right at the Beach. It’s close to anything you need or want to do…..especially soaking up the sun while listening to the waves roll in. Will definitely be booking another getaway here….so you better hurry and book before I do

Nice place

Only issues were that there was a coffee maker advertised and there was one on the premises however it was broken and we would rather enjoy our own coffee on the balcony then having to go out and grab a cup. The other issue was that we could not log into their WIFI which was essential as I was working “from home” s d needed a secure connection to do so due to the sensitive nature of my job. They were nice and did reply is a decent amount of time. The condo was beautiful

Cozy Beach Home

We loved the condo and the location. We were close to the boardwalk, lots and lots of eating places, and you can't beat being right on the beach and listening to the ocean. The sunrises were amazing. Another thing I loved about the property were the employees were so friendly and helpful. Really though everyone in Myrtle Beach was very friendly and welcoming.

Great Stay

This was my first time booking through Vrbo and I was very satisfied with the process. Owners were communicative and I checked in/out with no issues. The unit is exactly as described and looks like the pictures. The only issue with the unit is that the walls are super thin, especially in the bedroom, and you can hear everytime someone is in the outside hallway or opens their front door. Other than that, the only “issue” I ran into was that the resort would not lend us beach towels since we were in a privately owned unit, which is just something that would have been helpful to know in advance. Overall, it was a great stay and I would recommend to others.
