The second bedroom is equally charming, with a cozy queen-sized bed, a dresser, and a nightstand. We also supply essential starter toiletries, including toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner, ensuring that everything you need is readily available.
Please note that this condo has a minimum age requirement of 25. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age or older in order for their reservation to be valid. This is a strictly enforced policy by the HOA, and reservation holders under the age of 25 risk being fined, or evicted from the property.

Our guests unfortunately do not have access to the indoor pool in the North Hampton building, or the Splash Pad.
