This condo has an amazing view of the ocean from the balcony, living room, and main bedroom! LOW FLOOR CONDO! Amazing Ocean Views! This condo has one of the best views in Sands Beach Club. Great kitchen area for socializing. Located in EXCLUSIVE/PRIVATE Sands Beach Club (walking distance to Ocean Annies) on a LOW floor, this condo has great views of the ocean from the balcony. This condo has 1 queen bed, 1 Twin and 1 bunk bed(with 2 twins) and can sleep up to 5. Located in Myrtle Beach, SC in Sands Beach Club, this resort has it all! Equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, cooktop/oven, LCD TVs, and two private bathrooms are included in the beachfront condo. Heated pools and private ocean balcony along with hot tubs! There is also a private gym and tennis court! FREE WIFI! We hope you enjoy this condo as much as we do!

Conveniently located and within walking distance of the Ocean Annies where you can enjoy live music by the beach and a great atmosphere! A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium. Many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away!


IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Notice – Spectrum Internet Installation (Sept–Oct 2025):
Building-wide internet upgrades will take place from September 8, 2025, for about 4–6 weeks. Expect daytime drilling (8 am–6 pm), construction noise, and workers will access the units.

- All units must be serviced to ensure the proper treatment.
Pest control takes place on the first Saturday of each month.

States this is a new condo, looks far from it! Very close to the ocean, although not directly as the pictures male it seem. The person messages you everyday about your stay.

Comfy but a little dated.

We only got to stay 2 nights of our 7 night stay because of hurricane Debby. But while we were there we found the property very comfortable if a little dated. The washer and dryer were fantastic in the unit! And in the kitchen everything worked properly. Except we didn’t have an oven mitt or a cutting board which were promised to us and then not delivered before we left. We also didn’t love how close to the ground we were but didn’t realize this until we arrived. Our fault not the property’s. Overall the 2 days we were there were very pleasant. Also it would be nice if they were smart TV’s so you could atream.

We had a great time and got our whole deposit back.

I booked our stay kinda last minute while at work one evening. Then told my family when I got home and they were excited. Then after reading all the reviews we were a little worried but we told our selves to be optimistic. We arrived about 10 minutes early and at as the email said our door code came right at 4:00 pm. The unit itself looked just like the photos and was clean. There were fresh towels and rags. The unit was in need of some slight repairs but was still a great place to stay. We had a beautiful view of the beach and we were close enough to just about any restaurant you could want to eat at. We will be staying here again. We also got our whole $300 deposit back.

Short Winter getaway

Great location with awesome view of the ocean. Property could use a little TLC and some updates. Bathrooms were clean with nice supply of towels. Over all not a bad place. Price was good and Would definitely stay there again.

Decent location but not upfront about the condition.

We enjoyed the stay but the room was a little dated and run down. It was also not very clean. I noticed the HVAC filter looked like it hadn’t been changed in years. It was totally black. I probably won’t book with Vrbo again. The damage deposit was a little high and I was concerned that they would try to blame the original room condition on me because of the detailed items they lay out in the check out List. I took very detailed notes and pictures of the room and sent it to the company to ensure this wouldn’t happen. I’ve never had anything like this booking directly with the resort.

The room is outdated and feels "old" They need to throw away all the fake plants they havent been dusted in months! gross! Me personally I dont like carpet especially at the beach. Curtians in master were torn and looked as if a rat had been chewing on them. (not literally just old and needing to be replaced) coffee maker sucked and spit grounds everytime. Shower in master has a small hole in bottom of shower so water leaks out all over the floor. Mattress in bunk room need to be replaced they are old and you can feel the springs! I searched for the broom and died laughing! never had I seen a broom that had been so overly used! the bristles were completely LIMP!!!! like come on! All beach places need a decent broom to sweep up the sand. The location is GREAT! nice indoor/outdoor pool. We loved walking down to Ocean Annies beach bar. River City and Dont get it Twisted have good food and all in walking distance.

Dirty and outdated

I enjoyed my trip. I saw the pictures before going so I was aware that the place had carpet and was outdated. But since there was a cleaning fee attached to my rental cost I did expect the unit to be clean. There was onion peels by the coffee pot and we didn’t bring an onion. It had dust up the walls in the windows some nastiness on the thing you’re supposed to hang your clothes on. Gross! And someone entered the unit while we were out. The plus side- it was the building I wanted to stay in. Great water pressure. The ocean view is amazing and the patio furniture is nice. Lots of coffee mugs, conveniently located directly across from the elevator. This unit is on the first floor which was super awesome since the power went out and we had to walk up and down the stairs. I would for sure stay at sand beach club again!! Just not this unit

Avoid this property!

Do yourself a favor and avoid this property. It is filthy and ran down. I arrived there after a full day of travel with my family. We started unpacking and noticing dirt everywhere. Floors were filthy, my kids feet were black from walking on the floor and carpet. There was grime under beds and tables. Towels smelled stale and unclean. Fans and TV's were covered with dust. Kitchen cabinets and drawers were covered with food leftovers from last renters. Do they even clean at all? I wish I could upload pictures so you can see. It was horrible and totally unacceptable living conditions for my family, I felt disgusted when my kids started playing on the filthy floor. We contacted the owner imidiately and sent them pictures, they told me there was a vacuum in the closet. We left after 1 hour, they refused a refund and I'm still fighting VRBO for it. It's been a horrible experience, I've used VRBO in the past but I'll never use them in the future. They don't support their customers and leave disputes for you to deal with owners. It's a SCAM!!! Save yourself a headache and avoid this platform.

Just okay

I’ve stayed in a few rooms at this location, and this has been the worst one. The host was wonderful with communication, but I don’t want things being fixed during my stay (unless absolutely necessary). The “cleaning” crew is seriously lacking. I wanted to vacuum right when I got there- a vacuum was in each closet taking up space, yet neither of them worked. We didn’t have access to the safe (another reason I didn’t want anyone coming in to fix anything). The mattresses were AWFUL- the one on the twin was just a topper (so small and thin that it didn’t even come up to the height of the side of the wood that holds it in place), and the one in the master a homeless person wouldn’t even want. I was in no way a fan of the decor, some might like a tropical thing, but I want something light and beachey rather than dark and jungle-ish. And for a room that sleeps 6, you need to have a larger table rather than a wobbly little round thing. Finally- There is NO REASON WHATSOEVER that your security should be on hold for any time over 48 hours and they email you after telling you it might be pending for up to 30 days. No. I refused to write my review until it cleared. Needless to say, I wouldn’t choose this particular room again.

Spring Break April 2022

Loved the location on the beach strip and location to the main strip. Great amenities. Good communication with rental agency. Concerned to see what appeared people not staying at resort but using pool. Overall great time and would return!
