The Caravelle Resort er et perfekt feriested for deg og din familie. Caravelle har et stort oppvarmet ut dør basseng, store barn lekebasseng, lat elv, badestamp, strandbar, 7. etasje innendørs badestamp sammen med to badestamper også. Caravelle har også en flott restaurant og basseng side bar festet at du ikke kan savne. Det er et vaskerom og en arcade på stedet. Caravelle er et perfekt feriested for deg og din familie.

Måter å spare med meg

1) Jeg belaster ikke kredittkortgebyrer som de fleste på her - Betalingssystemet belaster oss 3% hver bestilling. De fleste eiere sender det tilbake til gjesten, men jeg spiser det selv

2) Jeg belaster ikke noen dumme administrasjons- eller bestillingsavgifter som de fleste på her - Sneaky måte å eiere lade gjestene mer penger på ... Jeg opererer ikke slik.

3) Jeg belaster ikke noen dumme skadefrigivelsesavgifter som de fleste på her - Nok en gang en smal måte for eiere å få mer penger ... Jeg gjør det ikke.

4) Jeg har hatt samme sengetøy / rengjøring gebyr siden begynnelsen av tiden for min gjest ... en enkel 99 dollar. Min faktiske kostnad for denne tjenesten har økt de siste årene på grunn av etterspørselen og økonomien, men likevel holdt jeg samme pris for mine gjester som det kostet meg mye mer. På toppen av det tilbyr jeg flere håndklær enn de fleste utleie så igjen spiser jeg den forskjellen i kostnadene.

5) Jeg har minimum satt opp for refunderbart depositum på bare $ 100 dollar som tilbakebetales innen 7 dager etter kassen. Jeg har sett mange eiere har det fra $ 300 - $ 500 og enda mer. Hvem vil gaffel ut så mye penger bare for å bli holdt til sjekk ut, ikke meg, og selvfølgelig vil jeg heller ikke spørre deg om å gjøre det heller.

Lang historie er kort er at ingen vil gå for å bestille en enhet og se som 10 forskjellige tilfeldige gebyrer, så jeg prøver å holde det enkelt som det kan være. (VRBO kostnader serviceavgift som jeg ikke har kontroll over)

4). Parkeringspass er inkludert. . Ca 8-10 håndkle sett, Sengetøy for alle senger (senger er også fullt laget), og en pose full av godbiter i motsetning til de fleste andre utleie =). Som vi alle vet, tilbyr ikke vrbo utleie (private eiere / ferie utleie selskaper) daglig rengjøring og sengetøy utveksling, men jeg betaler mer for å få min gjest 10-12 håndklær sett i stedet for de fleste utleie her som de fleste bare tilbyr 2 sett per seng.

Honeymoon

We booked this condo for our honeymoon stay at Myrtle. The inside of the condo was accurate to photos and clean. The outdoor balcony photos did not match the furniture provided but wasn't an issue as we still had a couch, two chairs and a swing. The building itself is very outdated and not clean. The parking garage was under maintenance so the 5th and 6th floor were not accessible and the construction could be heard from our room. Check-in was good after we figured out the door lock (we had issues with the #3 button sticking) The balcony was definitely the best part because of the view of the ocean.

Great getaway!

We had a great long weekend in Myrtle Beach! The condo unit was as described. The deck balcony overlooking the beach was amazing and, by far, my favorite spot all weekend! Bed was comfortable and fireplace was beautiful! The resort itself is dated and not as clean or kept up with as one would hope. It did look like they were renovating so maybe there are updates in the future! There is some wear and tear within the unit but, overall, the unit is updated and welcoming. There was no noise except for the crashing ocean waves! We loved walking to dinner and even to the local grocery store. It was great having a Starbucks a few blocks away, too! Thank you for a nice visit!

Good for just 2 people

Small condo but location and the extended patio/balcony were so worth it. Building is very dated and condo needs some work. Pictures online are not up-to-date as some furniture is different including the outdoor furniture. Housekeeping left a lot to be desired. No bugs. I just hate going on vacation and downgrading from my normal way of living.

Perfect Weekend Away

Nice place for a quick trip!

We enjoyed our time! The condo is smaller than what the pictures make it appear but was perfect for the 2 of us for a long weekend. The bed was very comfortable. It would have been nice to have chairs and an umbrella provided for on the beach and the addition of a laundry basket and fan would be appreciated. There are chairs/umbrella available for rent on the beach, but at $45/day, that was a bit steep in our opinion. We didn’t spend much time on the beach for this reason (and the water was a bit rough for us), but the sun deck was a great alternative and we thoroughly enjoyed our time out there instead! The furniture on the deck was different than in the pictures and did not appear to be weathered, so I am assuming it has been updated. Having people directly above/behind us was a bit awkward at times when on the deck but not a game changer by any means. The location of the condo is great! It was away from the busy, congested areas of Myrtle, but still close to many great places, and was only a short drive to N Myrtle, which has some places we always enjoy visiting. Some minor maintenance needs done — bathroom sink spigot is loose and the air conditioner wasn’t super cold, even on the lowest temp setting, but we were still comfortable. Check in and check out was a breeze. The pool/hot tub area was a nice alternative to the beach as well.

25th Anniversary Getaway!

The property was as advertised, perfect size for 2 people. The view of the ocean and the extra large deck were awesome. I was able to check in about 30 minutes early. Derrick was extremely quick in getting back to me when I had an issue with the lock, which was all my doing. The place was great, my wife and I spent a relaxing week chilling on the beach and hitting the many local restaurants at night. We will definitely be back!

Quiet getaway

Stayed here for 4 nights just for a little solo relaxing vacay. Was wonderful!! The porch is amazing and definitely the best part! Derrick was super fast in responses and was able to get me in 10 mins early, I lucked out on traffic. Bed was comfy, loved the huge TV and fireplace was neat. No complaints here, was perfect for what I wanted, would love to come back again one day!

Pleasant stay

We rented this place from 8/1/2020-8/8/2020. It was just my husband and myself. It was just enough space for us both. I feel it would be difficult for a family. It does not have a separate bedroom, a king size bed in the room. We thought it was comfortable. There is a pull out sofa but we did not use that so I have no info on that. The kitchen does not have much counter space but I used the stove for more counter space because I was not going to cook anything (I am on vacation. Lol). Everything seemed to work well. Fridge kept things nice and cold. Upgrade on coffee put couldn't hurt, you could not program it. It still worked fine though. The bathroom was small but very workable. Tub drained very slow. The sink worked well. I personally liked the decor, very beachy! The fire place and TV worked great. Never lost cable or power during the hurricane. Luckily it was just a lot of wind and rain. The patio is why we rented it!! Nice and big. The furniture was not in as great shape as the picture. Understandable the cusions are out in the weather all day unless you bring cushions in. We kept some closer to the door to patio so they would stay dry. You are on the end so only people on one side of you. Worth that. All in all we had a nice time and Derrick immediately responded to any question I had. I hope this helps I would stay there again.

Small room with great view. Poorly maintained.

The check-in process was smooth as you get to go directly to the room. It was nice that you could park on your level if you luck up on a spot. FYI the garage is very tight, especially if you are in a larger vehicle. The resort is geared towards families, but it was not in the best condition...dirty and lots of hallways smelled of weed as you passed by rooms. Not the environment I recommend for children. (This is obviously not within the owners control, just beware of what the resort is) The elevators were terrible, we literally waited over 10 minutes once, not during check-in or check-out time. Most people opted for the stairs, but we couldn't as we had a stroller and wagon with kids. The room was small and honestly probably best served for 2 people. The sleeper sofa was awful as a bed. The mattress was in very poor condition. Our 2 children who are under 5 could not even sleep comfortably on it and ended up in our bed, which was not very comfortable either. We ended up leaving a day early because it was so uncomfortable and we do not feel it should be advertised to sleep more than 2. The room had a very strong bleach smell which we thought was good at first since we could tell it must have been cleaned. Unfortunately, the strong smell was coming from the bed comforter and the comforter was wet from whatever it had been sprayed with. It was still wet the following day. As this is beachfront, we expected sand, however, I had to sweep the floor when we got there due to all the sand everywhere. My children's feet were literally black after walking around for less than 5 minutes. The vent in the bathroom was caked with a pretty heavy layer of dust which shows it had not been cleaned for a long time. I do not like to leave a bad review, but I do feel it's important to be honest so others and the owner are aware of the condition of the property. One light did not work and one cabinet needed some tlc as the latch was loose and kept falling out of place. We never were able to get the fireplace to work with the remote, so maybe there was a trick to that. The cable service was terrible and quirky, which also is something outside of the owner's control. It constantly lost signal. The views of the beach were great and the owner did provide lots of towels, which was very nice. I would not suggest this particular unit for families with children or more than 2 people. We were not satisfied and felt for paying nearly $1,000 for 3 nights, it was overpriced.

Amazing Views!

The room was beautiful! Vacation vibes all around! The balcony was perfect! Derrick is very responsive to messages too, so communication was great! The location was nice, only a short drive to Broadway at the Beach, short drive to the Boardwalk, restaurants everywhere. The restaurant in the resort was closed (due to Covid I’m assuming) but staff at the resort was very friendly too!

we checked in on memorial day and quickly seen there was no operating staff, pools and hot tubs were over run and there was no discipline people acting very rude but after that it simmered down and we had a good trip the room is nice could be really nice with a little tlc

Lovely stay at studio condo in Myrtle Beach

Condo in a great location, easy access to the beach. Parking was never an issue. The studio was small, as described and had excellent amenities. The kitchen had most essentials but missing baking sheet and kettle which we purchased and left for the next tenant. Bed was comfy, lots of extra towels and linens. Great to have a large patio, only issue was the lock on the door was tricky at times to work. Overall a great location and great stay. Derrick was great with quick to reply to questions.

View was great, not impressed with anything else

Online communications / checkin process was great. The view is amazing. However, walked into the unit and was unable to find the kitchen light at first because it was blocked by the refrigerator. Then walked into the bathroom to find a sink faucet that appeared to be falling apart as well as a couple of inches of water standing in the tub. Next to the main area, the listing showed that it was one bedroom which is not as accurate as describing it as a studio (which is what it is). The patio furniture looks very nice however it is not real practical as is was wet for our short stay. We checked in on Sunday with having booked for a week. Tuesday morning came and we packed up and moved down the beach to a hotel.

Our Getaway

Overall very nice. Accommodations were comfortable and clean. Very good location. Only disappointment was owner not being completely honest. In his discription he made a point of saying he did not have any hidden cost like other properties. However that was not entirely true. Anniversary trip

This was my husband’s & my 25th anniversary getaway. My only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer. The unit is perfect for a couple. I can’t say enough about how fabulous the deck is. My husband has mobility issues & it’s difficult for him to get to or walk on the beach. The deck makes it feel as if you’re on the beach without any of the inconveniences of hauling drinks, chairs, etc. Derrick is great to work with & very quick to respond. Can’t wait to go back. I highly recommend this owner & unit.

Gorgeous!

This unit is absolutely stunning! Small one room condo perfect for a family of 3-4! The balcony is the best! Comfy king size bed! It rained most of our stay but the room was so cute and inviting that we ordered food 2 nights and relaxed inside! We will definitely be back!

This stay was what I expected. Property manager was a joy to communicate with. Everything was explained as it was amd no false advertisement was given. I absolutely loved it and would definitely recommend it and come back myself!!

LOVED! Best place we’ve stayed in MB

This unit is everything that is pictured. It was clean, decorated super cute and beachy, and the balcony was the best!! Parking was right outside our room which was very convenient. Derrick was super quick to answer questions when we checked in. I would stay here again and will recommend it to anyone.
